Ms Garner,CEO,YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS
Having held 2 investment plans since the late 80s with the (excellent,and with superb customer services) company prior to Sun Life Financial of Canada,I am now in the situation where,despite 7 ignored emails + fruitless telephone calls (where no-one answers the phone) I am seriously worried that my investments may have been misappropriated,as Sun Life of Canada have so far refused to forward me annual statements,in order that I may assess what action to take regarding my investments.
In view of this disgraceful lack of communication,I am holding you,Ms Katherine Garner (CEO of Sun Life Financial of Canada UK) wholly responsible,and,should it subsequently be discovered that there is a shortfall in my investments between the initial time of my request for statements,and the current date,then I shall be seeking recompense directly.....
In the meantime,however,I would respectfully suggest Ms Garner,that you find yourself a very large brush,and,together with all the respective P45s,take a visit to the Cheltenham offices of Sun Life Financial of Canada,and use them accordingly,as it is blatantly obvious that there are staff members there who are happily drawing their salary,without the slightest ounce of work or customer consideration being displayed on their part...
If you wish to contact me directly regarding my concerns,then I will gladly share my thoughts,as it appears that I am not on my own...

Death of relative and probate issues.
Following the death of my late uncle on 21/01/22 I have been carrying out the probate administration, details of death certificate and policy numbers were passed to SLOC via e-mail, and despite numerous telephone calls sometimes waiting in a queue for 30 minutes plus and subsequent e-mails I am yet to receive information. As you would understand this is quite a depressive period of life that we are presently going through and would expect a more robust and quicker approach to have happened to the present date. If could have given 0 stars out of five I would have done. Unfortunately SLOC do not appear to take this view with their performance being shockingly poor. Peter Hooper - 07870808838
