Due to a technical error your order has not been sent but my coworker solved the problem. We will send out your order today. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
I made an order at sloggies.nl in February 2021 (for 41 euro). This order was not delivered by DHL. When I ask to do something, sloggies.nl answered that they made the investigation and my parcel was delivered. I am sure that anybody of my neighbors didn't take my parcel. So I will never order something at this store and want to warn you about this company's clients' service.

DHL has further investigated the delivery for you, including inquiring with the delivery person and checking the work list and camera images. All checks show that the shipment has been delivered to you. No particularities occurred here.

So, I was absolutely sure, that they think - my parcel is delivered and you don't want to do something. I asked you about it several times. So unfortunately I could not be agree with a solution for 25 euros discount at this shop, because I spent almost 41 euros in february and didn't recieve anything for this money. Also I had a lot of negative moments during my communication with your clients' service. I would be happy if you sent back my money because I didn't recieve items from a shop.)

Dear Customer,
It took some searching, but I got your order. I see that an investigation was launched in february. DHL took a little longer to investigate but indicates that the package has been delivered. We mentioned this to you, but you have not responded to our email. Later you sent an email, after which we again stated the results of the investigation and we indicated that because we have not heard anything from you, we assumed that the package had arrived safely. We haven't heard from you since then, until now. It would have been more convenient to respond to our emails that you actually did not receive the package, despite DHL stating this. Out of leniency I would like to be able to do something for you and you will receive a shop credit from us. I will send this to you by email. Sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully you agree with this solution.
