I contacted Sloth but no proper response when tried to complain.

These sheets cost over £100 and feel stupid that I was ripped off.

I'll stick to standard bedding from high street shops where if I have any issues will be dealt with.
I'm guessing 5 star reviews done before washing sheets 😡

Replying to your message today 24/11/24.. we had conversations via email in July so why lie in your reply? yes, quite rightly you refunded me which I appreciate but that's way should be when buy faulty goods.

After 9 usage fabric is bobbling and only 1 button on duvet cover still attached

I initially loved the bedding. It's cool, breathable and I genuinely felt like I slept better with it. After a couple of months I noticed the pillow cases starting to bobble and light fraying around the edges but nothing too major so I didn't pay enough attention to it. 9 months down the line and both sets I bought are nearly worn out. The main set I use has ripped at the bottom and stitching has started to come undone on both sides. The edges are heavily frayed and pillow cases are really bobbly. Not what I expected from a £135 bedding set when the £20ish set from another shop is still going strong. I emailed them 10 days ago to see what can be done and if this it the quality I should have expected for a £270 order of 2 bedding sets. No reply as yet

Avoid, within 2 months bedding is Pilling completely

Ordered bedding set, arrived quickly, soft and cool. However, first night fitted sheet kept sliding off the mattress. The elastic seems too weak to hold the sheet in place. Contacted the company, supplied them with the info requested then nothing. Despite sending 4 e mails requesting return and refund under their 30 night trial nothing. Now having to dispute through credit card company. Avoid in my opinion.

I don’t think I could sleep in my cotton sheets again! These sheets are so soft and silky, literally a dream to sleep in.. and they keep you so much cooler during the night , I can’t believe the difference. I would highly recommend this product, I’ve even just ordered some for my mum!

Just bought my second set from Sloth. These are the best bamboo bedding I've tried by far. Super soft and silky without being slippy. Washes really well and creases fall out on the bed. Comes in a lovely box and delivery was fast. 100% recommend!

These are the softest bedding we have ever had. Hope there will be bigger sizes in the future as we will buy them for all our beds. Great service and received the delivery quickly even though we are in Abu Dhabi. 5*+

Ordered a few days ago and it's already been delevered, and in a nice drawstring bag also! I've already ordered some smaller ones for the guest beds, really great bedding.

Like many, I was drawn to Sloth following the top reviews in The Independent. Paid over £120 for a bedding set. The products were gorgeous to look at and feel. Unfortunately, after 2 months, I started to notice piling on the pillows, sheets and duvet cover. Also, the buttons ripped off, leaving large holes. I contacted Sloth, they were great and replaced the set. However, less than 6 weeks later, piling on the new set began to appear. Again, buttons have ripped off. It looks and feels awful. I
Again, I contacted Sloth, with pictures. They replied to say that they can’t do anything as it’s outside of the 30 day window. I replied to state that I havent changed my mind, but that they have now provided a second faulty product and so they should refund me. They’ve completely ignored me since. I feel completely robbed. I’ve had my consumer rights ignored. I feel embarrassed as I recommended Sloth to friends and they’ve had similar issues. Most of all, I’m incredibly disappointed in their customer service. I’m now left with 2 horrible and overpriced bedding sets sitting under my bed.

I bought a bedding set as a Christmas gift for my sister but needed to request a refund. The white bedding looked lovely but my sister has 4 children so it really wasn't my best idea. I have requested a refund and the company had made every effort to help sort things out

Amazing bedding. So comfy, who knew bamboo could make such a difference. Will be coming back for another set for the spare room
