Avoid. Customer service do not help with anything, they escalate your problem to your VIP manager, the problem is the VIP manager then doesn't respond. My VIP manager was David and had terrible communication rates.

Do no use.
They are running illegally they have no gaming license says they are registered in curcao you can check easy checking system online and they aren't.
They prey on gam-stop members but again it is illegal to provide services to uk residents without 1 a gaming license 2 abiding uk gaming law 3 abiding international gaming law.

Customer services is non existent, they have a live chat but they will just boot you if you raise anything, email service they will not answer I have not had a single reply, they will also take payments without permission or checks. They use multiple providers to take cash from you in pretty sure so they can launder money.

I would have given Slotmonster 4 stars had they put a bit more effort into faking their good reviews on here. That said, I've read all of the bad reviews too and these appear to provide similarly biased opinions from people who've unfortunately had to endure the worst possible scenarios when it comes to online gambling and all the nonsense it brings.

My experience so far has been great. Slotmonster has a good selection of games that load quickly and from my limited experience of using this site, tend to pay out too.

I've made 2 separate withdrawal requests, both of which were approved within 24 hours. The first one was on a Friday and the other the following day. I've received confirmation emails informing me that my funds are on the way for both. If these clear in the next few days, I'll happily change my review to 4 stars. If the Slotmonster employees remove their reviews, I'll change it to 5 stars.

Scam company do not use.

They do not hold any valid license.. they illegally accept players from restricted countries including the UK

Transactions to them are illegally processed as a merchant named KEYGO, when I questioned them on who this company is they quickly shut my account down.

I have asked for GDPR and explanations of where my transactions had gone and do not get any responses. This company is run by SIMBA B V so avoid any websites by them they are all scams.
