I played at slotocash for a long time and thought it was a great casino. It had lots of bonuses to choose from and I did pretty well. I'm pretty sure I lost more than I won but not by much. Then suddenly I wasn't allowed to play any of the bonuses except for two of the weaker ones. I've checked in occasionally and still can't play with the bonuses I want to play.

A loose Deuces Wild game here has recently been fun and profitable. Also, quick response customer service via chat at all hours is not too shabby. Hello,
I’m contacting you regarding the cancellation of my recent payout request.
I was informed that my payout was denied due to placing a $25 bet exceeding the $10 max bet rule tied to the bonus. However, this is incorrect based on the actual sequence of events.
I completed the full wagering/playthrough requirement before placing the $25 bet. The $25 wager was made only after the playthrough was finished, at which point the bonus conditions should no longer apply and the balance should be considered real funds.
Because of this, the max bet restriction should not have been in effect at the time of that wager.
I also have screen recordings that clearly show:
The wagering requirement being completed
The timing of the $25 bet occurring after completion
I am requesting that you:
Review the timestamps of my wagering completion
Review the timestamp of the $25 bet
Re-evaluate and reinstate my payout accordingly
If needed, I am prepared to provide my screen recording as evidence.
Please escalate this for a proper review, as this appears to be a misunderstanding of the timeline.
