Why can't I give this company a zero rating, 1 is to high. Their app has problems time after time. They're customer service is the worst I've ever delt with. They don't care about the players. Recently I made a purchase for $ 30 on the app and they refuse to fulfill the purchase or refund the money. Save urself headaches and stay off this app

They cheat.Ive been playing for years and they don't pay the prizes you win,They cheat like hell on the mini games like the star dice roll.These people don't have any idea about loyalty.They want you to play their game but they have some dumass in custom service (lmaooo) if that's what you wanna call it don't have a clue I've been explaining to him for 2 weeks and he does not give a furry rats ass about loyalty and worse that you pay to play.now they just came back n said they activated a star dice for me lmao I've heard that before too they're scamming sorry ass liars.

New owners of this 💩 app should know your loyal players you will lose slowly and your investment will turn to 💩 hopefully God will make sure because we don’t steal, but you do

I advise everyone not to buy from this game. They are scammers and then deliberately make you lose money so you can buy again. I have never seen such a scam in my life. They earn millions of dollars from the pockets of the poor person.

I used to love this game. My issue is with customer support and live chat. Something messed up on their side where my album didn't restart like it was supposed to. Now 5 days later, the issue is still NOT resolved. Nothing has been done to fix it or compensate for it. Extremely unhappy and irritated

Biggest fraud ever!. I've been a player since 2012 with over more than 20high-level accounts, invested a significant amount of time and money in event and such. However, this guy Keith Hardwood decided to ban all my accounts, one after another..reason? duo suspicious activity. I've repeatedly asked for proof of concept and of this alleged activity, but they keep saying same thing over and over again that its duo suspicious activity. So to test this out i bought a brand new phone and only installed the slotomania game as only app/software created a new account email, facebook etc.. and guess what? account banned after few months, same reason again !!! haha. whats going on? Perhaps its because of my middle east name, and that this guy is just a big rasist and just disliked people with names like mine. This a real fraud what Playtika is doing, spending a lot of time and money in their games and they just block you with no proof of concept. Its pointless to seek help from their support ( i have multiple chats and emails without any progress), they just keep repeat whats in the email. So if its true why not show or say what the cause was that banned the accounts. I am done with games from this company they dont respect you and dont give aabout you or your time and money spended in the game,,sorry they do care about the money so they can steal it.

I did very much enjoy this game. All of a sudden yesterday. Power ups that used to cost 5.99 are 7.99 with one more pick. $2 more for one more pick. New bonus dice roll after 6 wins was $6.99 now it’s $9.99.

This app stole $60 from me. I don't use it and my card was charged by the app.

For every negative review on here complaining about the games money grabs, the constant pop ups and winnings are far from between there is another Person buying and losing then only to come on here and write a negative review. The whinging cycle!!!
As long as this game is available inticing vulnerable and naive people to spend then all the negative reviews don’t and won’t hurt them what so ever. It’s only when people feel hard done by they then feel to search reviews and also express/vent their frustration with the game on deaf ears!
Stop complaining. Delete the game and move on with life instead of expecting to win all the time…how boring!

They disabled my account wo reason and do not respond to my requests for explanation. I had trillions in my account and lost it all.

Used to be the only slot game worth playing but after 12yrs is now one of the worst slot games. Nothing good to say about this company. I was playing the slot figz I played more higher bets or spins to achieve the one that is 4000 slots instead of the 3,000 I had one earlier on the 3000 which is the lion and I got 11 spins and I won $286 million The only thing is there a crooks on the website and you don't get to keep that money long I don't see a lot of feedback I don't see the winnings I should be getting and I can't play it that long cuz the crooks just seemed to steal these either free coins or coins that you earn I pay a little money sometimes I had paid to make sure that I got the silver back the 8th the silver ate because I knew that I had one a lot on the first spins I had one earlier I played for a couple hours I got my last 4000 and it gave me my 11 spins or I completed that blue bar that goes on the bottom and that tells you that you get your 11 spins the only thing is that it just completely skipped that part it went back to zero as if I hadn't put any slot fits in it for the last 2 hours or for the last games that I have been playing to achieve the 11 Spins I went back in and back out I kept checking it and it would not give me my spins I had been playing higher I would bet even for that 4 million even 6 million because it makes the slot fits you get during your play higher and I wanted to get that silver ape I went on customer service and said I just got cheated out of my spins I didn't get my 11 spins and I didn't get my payout I couldn't get them to listen they just said that I did not complete it I said well why is it on zero what I would you not see that I have been playing for a while and then I had slot figz and where did they go I was told that I had won the silver lion I said yeah I told you that in the beginning I had one that like 2 hours previous I said I contacted you 15 minutes after I did not get my spins I'm talking about the ape not the lion you do know the difference between the silver or the blue ape and line I'm sure you do you just telling me that you you only see the lion that I had one earlier and the amount of coins I had one I want my 11 spins I want to know what happened to my 11 spins and I want to know what happened to my payout I did not get my payout I never received my coins I just kept getting well you wanted earlier I don't see the mighty ape take a screenshot of it I screenshotted the conversation I can show anyone the conversation I had with them...
