Don't use this casino. They offer a cash out service when you place a bet but as soon as the first game gets underway there is no option to cash out you have to wait till the end of the bet. It's a hoax , keep away
It's literally impossible to cash out or withdraw from Slotowl. The customer service is inexplicable .. here is how it goes , you send them a message and you get automated response that all of their agents are super busy and will come back soon which never happens. If you are lucky enough and have the patience like me to wait in the chat for 1 hour and 23 minutes, and gets connected to an agent .. they send you an email congratulating you that your withdrawal is processed , but again nothing happens. Stay away , there are more legit casinos around. This is a hoax.
