They are quick to take your money and receive deposits instantly from MasterCard and Applepay etc but you can’t Withdraw using them. All options say they are processed instantly. I have 3 withdrawals via bank transfer (as that was the only option that would work) that are still sitting there with “table.status.processing” I have messaged via chat and emailed almost daily and they tell you 24 hours or 3-5 days. It’s been 12 days. The last time I messaged they said I didn’t have ANY withdrawals pending then I sent the screenshots of them and it went back to “3-5 days and be patient. It’s with the finance department”. They are scam artists and I don’t expect to see one cent of any of those withdrawals. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

I tried this site just now as it is quite new and wanted give it a try. I did my first deposit with crypto which is an eligible deposit method to receive the first deposit bonus. First of all it took an unusual long time for my deposit to get credited on this site which is already a red flag. But after that the bonus was not added... i contacted live support and ask them to credit my bonus.. this was their answer I quote word by word:
"I am sorry, there are no available bonuses for your account by the decision of the site`s administrator".. what a joke... if they like you may get a first deposit bonus, but if they dont like your name for example they just refuse it... what a joke really. AVIOD THIS SCAM SITE LIKE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!

Chat support is worst i ever see, i contact them 2 times and first time they speak Italian for me, next time Estonia. Even i say stop talk this way, use my iwn language Finnish or English they continue. And after every answer they dissappear for few minutes. Waiting answer is torture here.
