I really am not happy with this site at all . Joined played and verified my account great . Withdrew with no problem . Played again won . Tried to withdraw yes it let me 2 days later the amount back in my account they cancelled it . Now i have £659 . Sitting in my account and £150 pending withdrawal . They asked me countless times to verify my account again . God knows how many copies of my licence and utility bills they have recieved . Countless many. NOW . After complaining numerous times i can sign into my account but cant access the games like they have barred me or something i dont knw . I have complained to Janman and the gamling commission and i will be comtacting my solicitor on monday morning . No communication. Emails are slow im replying . No live chat and no contact number come on who doesnt have a contact number . Absolute joke . Wouldnt recommend to anyone . Give thm 1 star and there lucky they got tht .

Verification & Withdrawal - I had a varied expieriance of the verification and withdrawing my funds on this site, intially it was straighforward, standard documents that casinos request, my first withdrawal of £350 hit my account succesfully within 3 days of my documents being verified (verification took just under 24 hours). Happy Days!

Upon winning a larger amount of £1500 i was asked to verify my self again, they then claimed that items such as my phone number and name werent on the phone bill i provided (they were) so i had to take in depth screenshots of the documents and send them again, triggering a further delay.

Luckily all my withdrawals have now been processed and 1-3 working days is an acceptable time period to be paid out, so I cant complain too much!

A functioning 'Live Chat' service would improve the business tenfold, you are instead directed to the facebook page where you can communicate via private message - this took almost 2 days to be read and replied to unfortunately.

Was a good site, just takes money now ...Have asked in numerous occasions to shut my account to be told it will take affect in 72 hrs but in the mean time if y log in and play that request is then non void they dint shut your account because you’ve continued to play , surely this goes against responsible gaming .. Signed up, deposited money to use on slots, had an account balance of £76 something at the end of my first day. Attempted to withdraw and received a pop-up box stating that I couldn't withdraw to my card until 48 hours had elapsed since first using the card.

Waited 48 hours only to find that my account is now locked and I have had no response to my emails to their support team.

Horrendous service.
