I have been playing for around 2 years…

I have been playing for around 2 years and there are still several games I like, but my overall experience has changed. Earlier, a modest balance could keep me entertained for a reasonable amount of time. Recently I can start with around $250, keep the bets fairly small and still go through long stretches without a feature. I understand outcomes vary, but I have reduced how often I play. ��

I contacted support about a recurring…

I contacted support about a recurring technical problem and received standard troubleshooting suggestions. I tried refreshing, clearing the browser cache and changing browsers, but the same issue happened again. When a problem keeps returning, I would rather see it investigated specifically instead of receiving the same instructions. It was different for me before.
