Very disappointed with my experience. After waiting 7 days for my withdrawal to be processed, it was suddenly canceled with no proper resolution provided. I am now being told I have to wait an additional 7–10 days to receive my funds. This is extremely unprofessional, especially for loyal customers who regularly use the platform. Customer service has also been unhelpful and unable to provide a reasonable solution. I expected much better communication and service.

Slots Garden tried to charge my CC this morning for $241.95..Lowe’s.com..Be careful putting your credit card information on this site, they will save it, and use it all around the country..I am so glad that Wells Fargo Fraud detection, caught this..This is the only site that I have entered that particular credit card, therefore it was easy for me pinpoint..They are thieves, they never payout winnings, string you along for months, give you the run around, until you give up,and play the balance out..I won $800..waited 3 months, going back and forth with them, never received a transfer, I finally got tired of their lies, I played the balance down, and cut ties with them, almost a month ago, wake up this morning to this..be ware

The worst and most maddening experience in gaming imaginable. Anything you can imagine going wrong is guaranteed to happen. Payouts are non-existent even if you win. Solutions and customer service communication is non existent. Emails will promise to get back to you within 72 hours and then they will ghost you. If you enjoy paying to be robbed and punked then slots garden is for you.

Their so called 24/7 customer support chat is nonexistent as of march 25th 2026. I cannot click on the link or talk to a representative or agent. I can only email them, and so far they haven’t even responded to me in 3 days . And counting .

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Slots Garden takes your deposit with no problem but does not payout at all. If you are even lucky enough to win anything they use every excuse under the sun not to pay. I just tried to withdraw $70 and was told my driver’s license expires soon so I can’t withdraw money. My license expires in a month and a half! They will not take any other form of ID even though I sent them pictures of the credit card I used! This is a fraudulent website. You are better off just throwing your money away! Stay away from Slotsgarden, slots of Vegas and raging bull. All ran by the same company and all 3 do NOT PAY OUT!!!!

I was able to cashout from a no deposit bonus. Identity verification and a small deposit was required before I could withdraw, but that's the norm with many of these sites. It took 4 days to get my withdrawal approved, but once it was, I received payment quickly. I enjoyed several games, and have continued to play at this site. As long as you don't violate the t&c's, you shouldn't have a problem.

I haven't played much yet but after reading the comments, I saw that they do cash out. They have issues like with any other business. Threaten to put a bad review if they didn't pay and you still did after they paid, so that says it all. So I'm giving 5 stars just to offset the bad reviews done by others and if I have any issues I'll update that here. Slots Garden, I'm truly sorry you have this review and hope mine makes it a bit better. I see you do pay so that's all that matters! Every company has some issues. Try any company out and see for yourself whether you like them and just remember, all companies can have issues like this and you have language barriers sometimes. So take all that into consideration before threatening or putting one/two stars

This place is an absolute scam.I won $800; requested a withdrawl..They requested a bank statement, proof of address, account number, swift code, and my dl..

I uploaded all the requested documents, 9 days passed, not a word from them..no updates..nothing..

I contacted them thru chat, and was told that they could not process the transfer, to my federal credit union.I then cancelled the withdrawl request.Then resent it, with all of the documents, and banking information for my Wells Fargo Account..It has been 7 days, and still no updates, not 1 word from them..I attempted to contact them again thru their chat option..What’s funny is: their AI wants you to type in your question, before they can assign you to a representative..I typed in my withdrawl request..question..Waited for a CSR, no one ever came online..after 15 minutes, I exited chat..Then reopened it, and chose the option..deposit help..an agent came online…immediately..with a cheerful, “ it would be my absolute please to assist you”..I responded with my withdrawl request question..and right then, the agent claimed that they were going to transfer me, and never responded again..This is ridiculous, and has all of the hallmarks, of fraud..This site is a complete scam..do not deposit your money here..There are legitimate sites, that pays out immediately, and do not defraud you, then ignore your inquiries..Try Lonestar, Cafe Casino, Slot and Casinos…but do not play on any Inclave Sites..ALL SCAM SITES..

I am still waiting, still getting the run around..Everytime I reach out to them via chat, or email..they come up with another excuse: “Our finance department need your most recent bank statement”..We need your address verification documents “ I have sent these same document 6 times already..I have not received any responses, from them..The really just want me to cancel the withdrawal request, and play the funds out ( lose it back to them)..it’s not going to happen! Whomever this Mercier person is, that wrote this review a few days ago…is a fraud….more than likely a paid reviewer..she is obviously not fluent in speaking or writing in the English language..If Slots Garden wants a retraction..or me to update my..very painfully honest review, then they need to process my request..They are having an employee,”J. Mercier” or paid reviewer to write fake reviews to “offset”, my terrible experience, is dishonest, and utterly ridiculous..

I have been told 30 minutes withdrawal once ID verified and crypto verified from a deposit which I am. Then have been told 96 hours (4 days) Then above with customer service told it could take 7 days even longer. Currently dealing with manager Anisha McDowell after asking Trey Wilson service rep 4 times to transfer as he was not willing to do. Will be taking legal actions depending on how much longer this takes.

Slots garden is the biggest scam out there. They will not pay out. Do not deposit using crypto, they’ll just take your money, if you win, they won’t pay you. Biggest scam, they need to be shut down.

Just as most of everyone is stating, these sites are a scam and shouldnt be allowed to do business. They shove non stop bonuses down your throat with ridiculous playthrough requirements. And even if you meet the requirements, they will still remove all your winnings. Their terms and conditions are a joke. I am deleting all my accounts and will never play on these sites again. If you deposit with a card, just use Regular Bitcoin payout, trust me. They won't let you cash out with the faster Bitcoin option if you've used a debit card.

After it's been 10 business days I recommend contacting Customer support and asking for a reason for the delay. They will go in circles and not give you answers. Demand to speak with a manager.

You can manipulate them into paying you out faster if you threaten to make a Trustpilot review based on how much longer they take.

When I did this they expedited my request and stated a 48-72 time frame for a reviewal. I was paid within 24 hours of contacting CS.
