Slottica Casino canceled my PLN 1,500 withdrawal due to a single bet of PLN 10, even though I had an active bonus with a limit of PLN 9. This bet did not win.
Despite this, they canceled the entire withdrawal and removed the funds from the account.

No warning, no automatic limit in the system, no security. This violates the principles of fair gambling and I treat it as an illegal action.
They do not warn.
They do not block.
They do not protect the player. But on the other hand, they know perfectly well how to rob you and hide behind "regulations".

The regulations supposedly contain everything, but the system does not monitor them - because they know that they make money on it.

In their words: "There was no error. You broke the regulations. We do not steal any funds". Seriously? And what is this PLN 1,500 - gold from Minecraft?

My experience with Slottica Casino was extremely disappointing. After winning over 50,000 PLN, my entire winnings were confiscated due to an alleged violation of the maximum bet rule during an active bonus – even though I manually canceled the bonus before continuing to play with my own funds!

I received no warning or system alert when placing the bet, and I acted in good faith by canceling the bonus to comply with the terms. Still, they took everything without any fair investigation. The support team repeats the same scripted responses and offers no real solution.

I am giving this review regarding an unfair and distressing experience I’ve had with Slottica Online Casino.

I had been playing on Slottica for over five months without any issues. Recently, I requested a withdrawal of my winnings totaling ₹21,500. As per procedure, they asked me to submit documents for KYC verification. I complied and submitted all the required genuine documents.

However, instead of processing my withdrawal, Slottica blocked my account and falsely claimed that the documents I provided were fake. I want to state clearly that all the documents I submitted are completely genuine and belong to me. I have never used any fake or manipulated documents.

It’s extremely suspicious and unfair that after allowing me to play on their platform for five months, they suddenly found an issue only when I initiated a withdrawal request for the first time. This behavior raises serious concerns about their intentions.

I also play on other licensed platforms and have never faced such an issue. I’m well aware of the standard terms and conditions, and I’ve always followed them on every platform, including Slottica.

I kindly request to intervene in this matter, help me get my account unblocked, and ensure that my ₹21,500 winnings are processed and paid out.

I made account on slottica casino on 28 nov made deposit of 1600+500 and won around 11k, it was won using real money and not any bonus, so i requested withdrawal and asked for my documents, i provided my aadhar card front bank, selfie and my bank passbook photo, i even received an email that my documents are verified and i will receive withdrawal shortly however to my surprised they blocked my account by saying my documents are forged I even sent them the proof by sharing screen recording of logging in to my aadhar using UIDAI government website to proove my aadhar is not fake but still they are not accepting i am also ready to provide them any other documents if they wish , but they are simply saying my documents are forged, it seems like they are literally doing scam if we win they will simply block the accounts by giving any nonsense reasons, I urge everyone to stay away from this website and save your money

My story started out amazing. I made a deposit of only €25 and around 5 hours later I had €15000 on the account! How awesome is that!?

When I was going to withdraw my money they first wouldn't let me. There was always something in the KYC process they were not satisfied with. When they finally accepted my KYC I was told that I'm only allowed to withdraw €500 at a time.

It was okay, I guess. Weird but okay.

But then I found out that every withdraw has to be manually reviewed by a manager. The whole reviewing and withdrawal process took around 5 days.

Meaning I was only able to withdraw €500 every 5-7 days.

Of course they have this rule because you are more likely to lose money on your account, than deposit more money to lose.

scam casino and sportsbook. they make anything possible you can't withdraw. made 2 deposits and have 130 euros there. limited me almost to zero when I won the first bet so I can't fill the x3 rollover for the deposit. I made small bets and reached the rollover requirement. then my account wasn't able to withdraw through the same method I used to deposit. Only way on their system through bank transfer which carries many fees. Now even that is not possible because according to them I haven't deposited in the last 30 days so I can't withdraw money. If you plan to play at Slottica, better don't. Your deposits will be gone from your bank, but never added to your balance. Support is useless, so don't count on it with anything. They will only say "thank you for your patience"

I made 175eur deposit in november, I won 1000eur betting sports in few days then I got call from them my account is getting frozen for 75days due investigation, after 75days they counted my bets as 1x, they changed the reason of this 3 times!! after a long conversation with account manager he said to me that i should withdraw my deposit from my account to jeton. Withdrawal didn't work due no deposit in last 30days. After few days I got mail after contacting them that they tried to withdrawal my funds manually but IT DID NOT WORK AND I HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT!!
TLDR
They will delete your profit if you win too much, then block account for 75days, and after that you won't be able to withdraw your deposit. AVOID THIS SCAM SITE!!
