0 answer from my mails over 2 month, my withdraw is " pedning " the same time, probably site is dead and scam moneys of customers.

This is awful I've got 60 euro in my account none of the games are working tried all weekend there not working not got any reply from support
I dnt no what to do ..

Straight up a scam, I managed to wager through the bonus and tried to withdraw but they keep saying "KYC required" even though I've sent documents almost two weeks ago.
Now I don't get any reply from KYC or Customer support.
Awful casino and everyone should avoid this at all cost.

Dont ever visit this of casino. They legit scamming you and no games works. 3 days ago i deposited 60$ in crypto and claimed my welcome bonus and as soon the deposit went through, i only got what i deposited which was 60$ i then emailed the complaint email 3 days ago and still havent recived any responds even tho i re-mail them back every 24th hour. I made a quick withdraw of what i deposited and it's still on pending 3 days later.

Awfull site I joined as it was on aboutslots.com who I really trust (casinodaddy) and its the worst site I have ever seen! I didn't even spend my money as I was worried about how strange the withdrawal is ect. I honestly trusted aboutslots.com. the games are restricted to some scam homemade games it's a joke. Stay away!

They deserve 0 stars. STAY AWAY from this site. I repeat, stay away! Deposited 100 Euros with a bonus offer (400%). Was credited with 400 Euros to play with a wagering requirement of 14,000 Euros to wager/spend within 6 days. Played through the wager and managed to come out on top with a whooping 2,300 Euros. Decided to play it smart and withdraw the full amount. I then quickly verified my account with them with no issues. After two (maybe three days) my withdrawal was declined due to "maximum withdrawal amount per day is 1000 euros". So once again withdrew 1000 Euros, and foolishly played through the remaining 1,300 (which as it turns out, wouldnt have made a difference anyway as they will never pay you). After 5 days i followed up concering my withdrawal, I was told "the servers are overloaded" they are using the same payment providers as Leo Vegas, and other "big" brand names and do not know why. I was assured that the processing time changed from 1-3 days, to 5-7 days instead. I was re-assured that my withdrawal was "approved" on their end and all was well.

Today I logged in and my withdrawal has been cancelled yet again with a message prompting me to check my emails for an explanation.

Apparently my winnings were "confiscated" as I "breached" their bonus wagering requirements. Apparently I was only meant to bet/wager 2 Euros max per spin with the bonus funds. Let that sink in. Deposited 100 Euros, 400% bonus added - 400 Euros to play with - wagering requirement of 14,000 Euros to play through within 6 days on a 2euro bet max. That would have meant 7000 spins within 6 days. Only a compulsive gambler who plans to spend all day playing on their site would possibly manage to meet these requirements.

After I emailed back telling them that they are a fraudulent casino and demanding to close my account, I was emailed back (surprisingly quickly) with an option to re-credit my account with the bonus of 400 Euros and the same wagering requirements.

Even when you want out, they try to keep you on their site. I am sure if I had accepted a second time and somehow managed to play through 14000 euros on 2 Euro bet size max within 6 days and still managed to have funds after, there would have been yet another reason as to why my winnings would be "confiscated" and terms of service "breached".

By the way, most games do not work and the one's that do, have such an awful RTP rate, that you would never manage to make it through the wagering requirements listed above and have funds left over after.

It appears they make up the rules as they go and will do anything to make sure you keep playing, but will never see any of your winnings. All this after they have confirmed previously that all was clear, and it was just the "payment provider" being overloaded and processing time taking a bit longer.

Here is a reply when i followed up about my withdrawal before they cancelled it:

"However, I can see that we already gave green light from our side regarding your withdraw request. The last step is done by the payments provider after verifying your details (IBAN, name etc.) once the money is on the way you'll see the status "Approved"."

Absolutely shameful. Stay away from this site at all costs.

The worst casino ever stay away the customer service is the worst I have meet in any casino they never answer in your question the bonus wagering for 100 dollars was 142000€ I send them a lot of emails about it never answered and I have requested so many times to close my account but never happened stay away

I was a little hesitant at first as I have read a few bad reviews. But then again, there are no casino under the sun without bad reviews of players who were unlucky. They KYC-process was straight-forward and on Tuesday the money was already sitting on my bank account.
All in all, I really don't have a reason to complain and will be back soon.

Now it turns out that this casino is just one of a group run by known Turkish criminals.
