Complete scam! Charges more than you sign up for, you have to completely sign in and get stuck in a loop eternally with never actually being able to use the app. Once inside the app, there is no way to change your settings or subscription. I am contacting my bank.

Absolutely a scam App setup to look like a real mental health support app. From reviews looks like every 4-5 star review is a bot. All the real reviews are 1 star, similar to my experience, or ‘worked for a little bit but then stopped’.
My ordeal: I clicked link from Facebook, added my email, received code via email. Purchased the 28 day plan. Downloaded the App, clicked “already have an account”, entered email, got code via email. The App then showed a page with the plans I could purchase, and a button that said “Login”. I thought - I’ve already bought my plan, and I just login in - clicked it, it asked for email. So I entered it, got a code via email. Again. 3 times. Gave up last night. Opened my bank account and I’m down the 28 day subscription Au$25, and an upgrade I DID NOT PURCHASE Au $69, and 12 month subscription Au $146 I DID NOT PURCHASE.
Checked Subscription in Apple, nothing for this App. Checked Historical Purchases and this App is there with $0 purchased.
Called bank, cancelled card, they will investigate unauthorised transactions.
I’m a big complainer and will spread this review far and wide.
This App sucks and these people who set up their company in Malta are scammers.

APP DOESN'T WORK CORRECTLY
I downloaded Slowdrive on March 22, and the app is showing me right now, to be in Day 6 of my meditation. I have reached out to customer service about the daily meditation guides sometimes playing for only a few minutes, then just stopping and not playing any longer, or nothing playing at all.
They suggested I uninstall the app, then reinstall. That didn't fix the issue. I've reached out asking to make sure I'm not charged any longer. I didn't even ask for a refund at first, but at this point, I'm leaning towards asking because this app is worthless if it isn't working smoothly!! I better not get charged with a subscription!!

I was not able to get a refund, I have used free insight timer and a discount month of waking up. this app doesn't change the days of my course, the guided meditations are weak and not many choices, I'm not happy with this app at all.

Hardly any music feels like scam
Feels like a scam sorry! I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. I was one of the lucky ones that didn't get over charged but at the time I downloaded the app so much was missing! Like they aunched an app that on the face of it looked good but nearly empty behind the scenes. I only found a few tracks. Immediately I felt 'this is a scam' vibes so came to look for reviews and then I saw the overcharging comments so that was it for me ...I was out of there and cancelled! I purchased through Google Play. Such a shame as this could be a great service..just goes to show if you get it wrong. Honest reviews are everything these days!

Emptied my bank account without…
Emptied my bank account without permission! I authorised one transaction of a small amount and instantly it followed with 2 more notifications from my bank that I’d been charged for another two amounts that I had absolutely NOT approved! My bank can’t get my money back to me for months till they’ve completed their investigations so I’m completely out of pocket! The irony of a meditation app causing me more stress than I can imagine is not lost on me!!!

Deducting your credit card as they wish and do it several times, non-approved transactions. Do not respond to support messages at all. Yes they will probably write some b... answer here because its public. But trust me, they are scammers.

I signed up for a week trial, and immediately they scammed me out of 160£!! They took 4 different payments out in 1 go. Read other trustpilot reviews & reviews on Apple ! I wish I did. Do NOT click on this app.

Doesn't play...stops mid meditation
This is a horrible product. Uninstalled and reinstalled but it still stops after about 5 min of play. Stresses out that I can't get a refund. Just DON'T BUY this app.

App only allowed me to use the first session of seven. I tried many times to use the app to get the sessions I paid for. Thieving bastards. No way to complain to them directly. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. FRAUDULENT COMPANY
And get this. Just today I get a message from them telling me they are going to deduct my "ongoing subscription"!!!!

This company is an absolute scam…
This company is an absolute scam artist, I logged in and had multiple pop ups I canceled out. I still got billed on my card multiple times for a multiple subscription changes and additonal charges switching from weekly to yearly. I wrote them an email immediately with no response. I got routed to a chat bot. Then Interestingly, the chat bot immediately asks me if im talking about the charges and I say yes and it sends me an option to cancel subscription. But why am I paying for an entire year? I then say this doesn’t resolve my issur and the chat bot responds that it will contact support vis email. Then I get a response to go back to the website. Its been extremely frustrating that this company is allowed on the app store and scamming people out of their hard earned money in the name of mental health.
First charge- 49.99 every two weeks
Then I was switched to yearly subscription without even committing to it to 84.99
Then I get another charge of 39.98 for some courses I never signed up for.

Please do not buy this app unless you want to pay an insane amount of cash that you did not sign in for, use a lot of time on trying their different platforms to get the money back and then finally close down your bank account in despair. I actually got all of my money back but only after spending an insane amount of time and only one amount at a time. The last payment they would not pay back before I wrote a bad review here onTrustpilot. Suddenly they had an email that I could write to. Writing in a nice way didn’t work. I had to use very harsh language and then they finally submitted. Now I discovered that I still have a “renewal subscription” and we’re back to work again with: We paid back all your payments and no answer on my question. So in the future they will withdraw another 125 dollars from my account. I see no other way than closing down my account. I signed in for a trial for 12 weeks and an amount of 25 dollars. I ended up paying 49,99$ and 99,99$ and 19,99$ - 170$😂 They always write back that we chose all these extra expenses ourselves- on the reviews here I can see that we have to be be many really dumb buyers that just signs in for anything
I am not allowed to give links but They have a chat bot they refer to on their receipt. They also have their customer page where you can view your payments and subscriptions
Then they have an app also called slow dive help center
And finally you can write but they will not answer unless you tried the other options
