Ordered my duvet over 10 days ago now and have not yet received it. I emailed twice with no reply. I’m not holding out hope that it will be delivered. I won’t be ordering again.

8 days now since I ordered and no sign and no tracking number. Phone rings off and eventually got a response to my email saying they would check with warehouse. That was yesterday morning and have still heard nothing

Great Quality
The products received were excellent quality. I ordered waterproof mattress protectors to protect my daughter's mattress from accidents and it keeps it perfectly dry. I also ordered a just like down duvet 13.5tog and it's lightweight but beautifully warm.

Great service, poor delivery standard.
Ordering and delivery was all easy and straight forward.
The only downside is that one of the quilts I purchased had a small tear, presumably from delivery as the packaging was also torn in the same place.

Ordered a V Pillow
Ordered a v pillow for my son who was recovering from surgery, needed it in a hurry, arrived the next day after I ordered it. Pillow is excellent quality also ordered covers for it which were lovely crispy cotton.
