No response regarding adverted 30 Night Free Trial. Quite possibly scammed!!!!

I contacted this company several times regarding their 30 Night Free Trial for a pillow. I was reassured that I could try the pillow and return it if I found it unsuitable. I also checked that the return was to a UK address and not abroad. I received email responses in a day or so each time. After feeling satisfied that I wasn’t going to get scammed, I ordered a pillow.

Unfortunately, I could not get used to the shape and found it a little too high, which gave me neck ache. I then contacted Slumbzy to start the return.

After 9 days of receiving no response, I sent a chasing email asking for the information again. It’s now another 5 days and still no response. I had the pillow for a few days before contacting them, as I wanted to give it a fair trial. so I’m now well over half way through the 30 Night Free Trial. I have no idea how to proceed with obtaining a refund. I’m guessing it’ll go over the 30 days and then I won’t be eligible?! I think I may have, in fact, been scammed 🤷🏼‍♀️

I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering if you’re considering the 30 Night Free Trial!!!
