They had the best products and I’m very upset what happened to the company. In my 5 years of experience with them they fulfilled every order in a seamless and timely fashion, I never had to contact their customer service ever until last year. They’re not a scam, their products are extremely good and have no peers in the skincare industry at the moment and trust me I know I’ve been searching like crazy

Despite my many emails to get a refund, they did not respond. I bought the products online. Did not arrive after months. Asked for a refund. Was ignored. Did not get my products nor refund. This company is a scam.

I’ve placed two or three large orders with Slurp over the past two years, and every single one arrived without any issues. In my experience, this is a reliable company—not a scam. They provide clear contact details and a physical address on their website, which speaks to their legitimacy. The products I’ve received have been of good quality and I’ve noticed real benefits from using them. If others have had problems, I can only say that hasn’t been the case for me.

I have been their customer for last few years. Absolutely love Slurp products. Niacid, decalt, cleansing gel are my favorite. Their customer service is just incredible, always very responsive and professional. Recently I had an issue ordering holiday set. Shipping team somehow missed shipping the package. Customer service was extremely helpful through the process, I also received additional discount for this inconvenience! I received my package today! So happy with the support I received from them. Their products are awesome too. Highly recommend this company!

Customer service was top notch! Royal mail left my order in the recyling bin without permission, and so my hydromer order never reached me. I emailed Slurp and they got back to me within the hour to dispatch a new item for free. Their emails were written with care and accuracy and I felt really heard. Thank you!

I have purchased Hydromer, hyaluid, and niacid before, more than once. Original international shipping took forever, it is much better now that they ship stateside. The products were nice as well. They all leave a nice glass finish.
I have never had to deal with customer service, so I cannot speak to that, but everything else has been great.

Zero communication, terrible customer service.

Demanded pictures of personal ID and credit card over email, or they will forcefully cancel my order.

When asked if there is any other way, they simply canceled the order without any room for communication.

they cancelled my order by accident and thus made me reordered. However, they proceeded to ship both orders and refused to refund my first order.

I hope this company Will create More quality product. My deep scars has been looking better and shallowed just after 2 bottles of Niacid.
I hope they Will create More of what I Need . Like whitening stuff for certain areas , etc. But I can say, The result is sure. You just have to be patient.
Their Customer services is just WOW! they really attend to every question you have and give you full attention and Not copy paste replies. Hands down.

I use the hyaluid and absolutely love it. It does take a few weeks to come but in my opinion it’s worth the weight because the quality of the hyaluronic acid is a lot better than what you can get at a drug store. It absorbs quickly and you can see visible results in a couple weeks - fine lines are reduced, forehead wrinkles are less noticeable and it leaves skin super soft. It also makes my makeup look better than using without. I’m on my second bottle and will continue to purchase it.

I’m writing a review because I loved my product so much that I googled it to order more, only to discover this site with horrible reviews! Weird.

I ordered Slurp Niacid drops & Hydromer & got my order surprisingly within a few days (I live in CA). I use the Niacid under the hydrometer, then dab makeup. It’s only been 4 days and my recent acne problem area (my jaw and chin) has reduced and the pores on my nose have decreased. My skin looks amazingly smooth & it holds my makeup very well (I use Il makiage). I’m 39 years old. Anyway I’m so amazed to have these results, exactly what was advertised. So, I’m definitely going to reorder both!

I don't understand the complaints on here, I ordered and got my products within the week. I literally have every product and I love!

Never received the product after over 2 months, even though I was charged right away. The company was silent after I asked for clarifications multiple times and didn't acknowledge my request of reimbursement. They stole my money, don't fall for it. Horrible experience.

I Ordered 2 products -Hydromer and Gel on 23. December and I still didn't receive my order 2 month later, because unaccountably they normalny sell Hydromer, even it's not in stock. However it was back in stock and they didn't send it anyway so far. Customer servise is fine, they communicate and also sent me discount 10% because I am waiting so long, but still don't send my order for some unknown reason...

I used this product specifically decalt and niacid for a month and a half now but it only gave me breakouts and my pores looked bigger than it was before. Aside from having expensive price, this product was not worth it. It only made me purchase because their ads are so good and I want to upgrade my skincare routine because they say expensive products gives quality results but the company only gave empty promises. So for those who are planning on buying this product, you better think twice.

First of all I am a real human, 37 years old very dry skin and large pores, also hyperpigmentation out the wazoo.

I ordered Decalt, Niacid and Hydromer.

Decalt is a miracle in a bottle, not only are my pores massively diminished but my skin feels less bumpy, its less flaky, its glowing. Niacid has helped this also but with the hyperpigmentation almost gone, I have milky glowy skin for the first time since I was a teenager. The lines around my mouth and eyes are very slightly better but I think I'd be best to try the Hyaluid and see if that helps that.

Hydromer, is unlike anything I've ever used from any company. It forms like, almost a pva glue style seal but glossy? But not too glossy. I wore sunscreen and makeup over it for the first time last Saturday and WOW. For ages I've not wore foundation because it make me look cakey and gross as my skin was so dry and patchy. I looked fab for the first time in a long time. All I can say is, shocked.

All these bad reviews seem to be from during the pandemic when delivery was tough, but mine came in 2 days (I'm UK) and the products are well packaged, and a dream to use. I highly HIGHLY recommend.

the products really work on me, I can see the difference, on the other hand their customer service is excellent.

Battling 55+ skin problems exacerbated by chemo. I am cynical of claims of miracle products! But in desperation I tried the niacid and hyaluid. I have seen a definite improvement in my skin, specifically cystic acne nodules are almost completely gone. Dark spots and scarring are greatly reduced and the overall texture of my skin is better. This is after 6 months of using and I alter the frequency because I have a hard time sticking to a strict regime because I am constantly exhausted. It has worked better than anything else I’ve used but it takes time to fix layers of skin damage. Many products I have tried seemed to be “the cure” but after a few weeks they don’t have any noticeable affect! I had no problem with shipping speed (yes in pandemic) and had a great customer service experience when a bottle was delivered leaking, fast, no charge replacement ! This is a real review coming from Wisconsin. I do plan on trying what seems to be a similar or same product (niacid) priced much lower, I will follow with results later. All I can say is this has been a game changer for my face, it works for me, and how often and when one uses can make a difference. I can’t help it, I have to try the decalt now too😳 seriously my skin was so bad I couldn’t look people in the eye and was embarrassed to leave my house! Now to tackle some enlarged pores😎

It doesn't work. I just finished the 3rd bottle but there is no even slight difference of my pores.

Delivery does take awhile however the products are worth the wait and works wonders for my skin (I am very picky with the type of products I use due to sensitive skin).
