Barely creamy, and has extremely good flavor.

satisfactory ramen i have had in SF. The black tonkotsu is paying homage to Ippudo and is superb. The broth isn't always overly salty, is barely creamy, and has extremely good flavor. The provider is likewise remarkable. Our waitress become attentive or even discounted our final bill sincerely due to the fact the dishes came out a few minutes aside. nobody at our table had even noticed the delay or cited it to her. i'll definitely be a regular client here.
