I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company.

Communication has been poor from the beginning. I only received the initial samples after opening a PayPal case. I then paid for the full order, which was due at the beginning of February, but it has never been delivered.

The company stopped responding to emails and provided a tracking number that appears unreliable. The parcel shows inconsistent movements, no valid delivery attempt, no proof of delivery, and no confirmation that it is linked to my address or email. It was even redirected to a pickup point several hours away without my request.

The company presents itself as UK-based, but the shipment was sent from Pakistan, which was never disclosed.

In summary, I received only 7 sample boxes and never received the final product I paid for. This situation raises serious concerns and appears highly misleading.

Got exactly what we asked for with more than what we ordered slightly. Happy with the service and will be using again

happy with services, good quality, Good customer services and best price. i dont care where its coming from. they delivered my packaging requirements, as i needed.

its a scam, placed urgent order last year and now they have not sent me a tracking number despite ringing them everyday, also found out they are not even based in the UK, they are in Pakistan

I was cautious about making an order but I spoke with David Walker who responded to all my many questions patiently! I was sent updates and photos of the products and they arrived exactly as I had asked for. I couldn't be happier

Tries tp enforce a sale call instead of email wirh automatic "this final thing needs to be discussed by phone" after I asled for a email quote.

They don't answer email at all. Their live chat is dead and doesn't answer to messages.

I suggest to avoid, there are lots of well communicating trustworthy companies around.
