I had a terrible experience with this company
I had a terrible experience with this website. I ordered a seal kit on a Monday, but I never received any email or notification regarding stock availability. It turns out they placed the order without informing me, and now the tracking indicates it will take 26 days to arrive.
When I called customer service, I was told that once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled. I explained that I wasn't informed about stock issues, but my concerns were disregarded. Now, I’m forced to deal with my credit card company to stop the payment, as they insist I must receive the item before returning it.
Additionally, I learned that I would have to cover the shipping costs and face a 20% restocking fee, which means I’ll lose even more from my total. This has been a frustrating experience, and I feel taken advantage of. I strongly recommend paying a little more elsewhere for better service and transparency.
Don't use these con artists
these folks lie on everything they do. Ad says in stock will ship today. (No only charge your card) After I tried to talk with them 48 hours after order placed and not shipped. They are setting me up for a 20% restocking fee , as in their rules, if I try to cancel. Then they tell me it maybe 24-48 more hours till they ship it. Do yourself a favor use another vendor. One with better feed back. Not bait and switch methods. I was glad I used PayPal and Capital one CC. They back up customers on bad vendors.

These people are absolute thieves, they would not credit me despite me reaching out to them over and over and proving that they had received my return. And I lost 20% restocking fee, and paid for shipping both ways.

"I would recommend potential customers bypass Small Engine Repair. I am highly unsatisfied with the lack of communication regarding a return for a non-fitting miter gauge.
It took over a week and multiple emails before a real person finally responded to my inquiries. Once they did, I was informed of a very restrictive return policy that includes:
A 20% restocking fee
Customer-paid return shipping
A requirement to provide photos of the item before approval
The delay in communication combined with these high return costs makes for a poor customer experience. If you are looking for responsive service or a fair return policy, I suggest looking elsewhere."

Placed order on March 13. Called on March 18 to check if shipped. Multiple business listed with same phone number! Spoke to David, said he could not see status. I requested refund, he declined. Now I have to file change back. What a waste of time.

It took a whole week for order to ship even though everything was showing in stock, so if you're in a hurry you might call to check before placing order.

However, they have since informed us of a price increase. We’re unable to supply the part at $ 16.23, and the new price is $ 26.74.

Kept pushing out shipping dates and would not issue refund
I purchased parts and the expected shipping dates kept getting pushed out further and further. Then 2 of the main parts thst were the most important of the order they did not have and so they said they would refund that but not the parts I really did not need. So I asked fir a refund and they would not refund even though the order is still nor shipped. I ended up calling my bank for dispute/fraud. I do not recommend ordering from this place. I do not trust them.
Worst company ever.
They said they have a part in stock and I will get it in few days. It's been 3 months now and they just pushed my order to January next year. Worst part supplier ever.
Not a totally negative experience
It was my first time ordering from them. I was a little alarmed that after about 3 days my "in-stock" items hadn't shipped. It was then that I decided to look up their reviews. (that's how I roll) I had a little panic attack when I read that what was happening with my order was their normal customer service. It got even worse when I read that it was difficult to cancel an order and get a refund. So I went to the site and initiated an order cancellation by using the chat-bot. Eventually a live agent had to take over. I was really expecting a hassle and grief from the agent, but that was far from what I experienced. On the contrary, he apologized for the issue and offered me the choice of having him try to expedite the order or simply cancelling. At this point, remembering the bad reviews, I told him I wanted to cancel. He told me he was sorry that it hadn't worked out, but said he would cancel and process a refund. He said it could take several days to see the refund on my credit card. It ended up being more like several minutes. Now I'm wondering if I jumped the gun. I will consider trying them again when the need isn't as urgent.

This was a relatively heavy metal part which was just dropped into a box without any padding. By the time it arrived it had punched holes clean through the cardboard box and smashed the connector.
I was charged for a part that they did not even have in stock.
I ordered a part and was charged for it pretty much instantly. One week later, I reached out via email and was told the part was on back order...they already have my money on a part they do not even have in stock. One month later, I ask for a cancellation and full refund and they try to give me the run around about losing my priority for first come first serve when the manufacturer fulfills the orders to them. Do not deal with these folks as I am out my money until they finally refund me.

Placed an order and after 5 days received no other communication until on the 5th day I checked my order status and once I then saw the expected ship date, I began a cancelation request. Was informed that process generally takes 24-48 hours for approval. 5 days after that email, I get a label created, order processing email. Then shortly after that a return email from my cancelation request. Basically denied my request but if after receiving the item want to return it, there would be a 20% restocking fee and assume shipping fee. If the original cancelation request would have been adhered as stated from me then I would have been able to meet my deadline. That did not happen. In the future, I would not use this business for needed items, nor would I recommend them to anyone

When I ordered the part, it said was in stock. waited about 5-6 business days, and called to see where my order was. Was told it was on back order, mean while they already have my money. called again 17 days after order, and word for word got the same BS, saying it was on back order. They did not resolve my problem, just it was on back order.
Deceptive advertising
Ordered a few small specialty washers for ny Agri Pro sweaper and they did not arrive within a week. When i called to inquire I was told they wouldn't arrive to them for 3 more days. I told them I wanted to cancel my irder and they said I couldn't and that i could refuse delivery. What good that would do is beyond me hecause that still wouldn't get my.money back. Deceptive advertising when they say "speedy delivery".

Horrible company to deal with. Take your money, don't ship the right part, promise to correct and never do, then promise a refund that never comes. Then, lies to my credit card company when I file a dispute.
