Absolutely shocking ordered two shirts and shorts set one of the sets came the wrong size other came right size but only top this has went on over month and a half then eventually told me they would get it sorted and never happens I reach out once again then act like this was never spoke of and had no clue about it lost out on money and waste of time would highly not recommend to anyone

If I could give a 0 star I would my order is weeks late and now they have sent me the wrong colour was supposed to be black and they sent pink why would a grow men walk around in pink what a joke

Probably the worst clothes company I have ever purchased from, I’ve been scammed for £231 as the items have not come after around a month. I made another order not long ago for around £140 which did arrive however after getting them looked at they are indeed fake. Sizes aren’t right material isn’t right badges arent right -
I’ve had to dispute with my bank as customer service does not respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Never delivered the item and have made various threats to take down my reviews which I have refused and have continued with various communications about getting police and fraud squad involved as they state they delivered the trainers. Royal Mail never received the order and they have consistently lied throughout. Reported to google and fraud for the continued threatening communications.

Without a doubt the weirdest and most incompetent experience I’ve had simply trying to buy a pair of trainers. I get an email weekly with veiled threats to take down my review.

Website states 100% authentic. Shoes took 3 weeks to arrive after paying for express shipping. Once arrived they came without a box and wasn’t even both the same size one was a 9 and one was an 8. DO NOT ORDER from these people. They’re scamming by sending counterfeit items. Fraud at its finest.

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers from this company approximately 10 weeks ago. They arrived today with no box and clearly counterfeit, and they sent the wrong ones. I have sent numerous emails and being fobbed off every time, or ignored. I tried to cancel my order for a refund and this was not provided. The company is clearly scamming people and should be stopped.

I honestly wish I had never come across this website. My experience with Smallo Clothing has been nothing short of a complete nightmare from start to finish.

First of all, the delivery time was absolutely unacceptable. I waited over a month for my order to arrive, with little to no communication or updates along the way. When you’re spending your hard-earned money, the bare minimum you expect is some level of reliability—but clearly that’s too much to ask here.

When the parcel finally showed up, it only got worse. Not only was the order completely wrong, but the items I received were clearly fake and nothing like what was advertised on the website. The quality was terrible, the designs were off, and it was obvious this was not a legitimate product.

To make matters even more frustrating, they’ve taken £125 from me and have made no effort to resolve the issue or issue a refund. Attempts to contact them have either been ignored or gone nowhere, which just adds insult to injury.

This whole experience feels like a scam. I feel completely ripped off and incredibly frustrated. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about ordering from Smallo Clothing to avoid it at all costs. Save your money and shop somewhere trustworthy—this is not it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bought a pair of Nike trainers, took 6 weeks to arrive, and after repeatedly asking where the item was, was just fobbed off with a tracking number (very similar to many other users by the looks of reviews)

By this point I had already told them I didn't want the order as I thought it was strange how it's taken 5 weeks to deliver 1 Pair of trainers,

Item arrived with no Nike box, just thrown in a postage bag loose, and in my opinion look counterfeit.

I asked repeatedly after receiving through Instagram chat, and emails, for a returns address to send the items back.

I was constantly met with brick walls, so raised a cashback through my bank.

After some more threatening emails from Smallo now they have FINALLY sent a returns address so item will be sent back exactly as they packed it, LOOSE in a postage bag, which again does not seem genuine to me.

The customer service is have received over this entire matter has been nothing short of abysmal, and something seems to be very common with some other reviews.

EDIT*** They have now also sent me a threatening email to take this review down, or their solicitors will be in touch, which itself goes against trustpilot guidelines.

Ordered trainers 23/3/26 and still had not arrived by 1/4/26.
No communication from smallo at all, despite attempts to reach out.
Selling items they do not have in stock effectively.
Reached out to PayPal who issued a refund immediately.
They created a tracking number to cover themselves.
RoyalMail still have not received any parcel, so appears to be a scam.
Not the first time they have done this if you look at reviews.

Great service ordered a gilet with the product arriving on time a slight delay with postage but that was fine. Arrived safe in time for my holiday. I think a lot of people get confused with Smallo hot which is a scam store.

This is not an American Store. This is a UK Online store called Smallo Clothing. I placed an order for a hoodie believing it to be a genuine product. I ordered it at the end of November, a couple of weeks went by and still hadn’t received said item, they emailed me back to say it’s on its way. Still hadn’t received it two days before Christmas, sent further emails they told me it must have got lost in the post and assured me they would send another one that day. It took just over three weeks to get to that point. Now if a new one was being sent out I thought a new tracking number would created but it wasn’t, it was the same tracking number which didn’t make sense really. Anyway, item arrived 3 days after Christmas and in my opinion counterfeit. It wasn’t as described, no rubber detailing, no concealed zips, sizing not displayed on label and a care label which was fully in Chinese, a Genuine item would come as described and English care instructions. When I confronted the seller he was adamant it was real and that he gets them through a 3rd party seller. He wanted me to send the item back so that he could check it, I have refused to do this. I have since ordered a similar item for a fraction of the price from a chinese website just to compare, and just as I thought they are exactly the same product. I believe I have been scammed, so please be careful when ordering from this site and use your own judgement.
