I think this is great food for cats. It is conveniently packaged, nutritious and high quality.

Terrific service; when my elderly girl decided that she only wanted a certain food, Smalls customer service sent her favorite right away!

My cat Hannah is almost 3 years old. She’s always been a good but picky eater and she has a very sensitive stomach. This is the first cat food that she has taken to immediately, cleans her plate! And the best news is, it agrees with her stomach and no more watery or runny poopy and her bottom looks all better too.

My cat loves it. Seems to help her eyes. She has one eye that was runny but it seems better. I figured cause she’s eating healthier food.

I sent for the sampler, knowing that my extremely fussy cat would probably not like anything, but with a 100% refund guarantee I went for it. It was worth a try but my cat wouldn’t touch it so I texted their customer service and they answered within a short time. My rep was friendly and easy to have conversation with and they’re refunding my payment in full. They also are passing on a suggestion I gave to be able to message them when signing up if one has comments or questions. It’s a great company and the reviews on when your cat(s) like their food have great benefits for multiple reasons!!

Ordered the sample pack for my 4 month old kitten and he has been killing it. He loves it and knows what is coming when I open his mini fridge. He practically races me to the door. This is so convenient and when I told the vet was I was feeding him they approved.

We LOVE smalls brand! My fur babies tried some which was gifted by a finicky kitty, and they LOVE it! So happy to know I’m feeding high quality foods to my loves. At first I thought it was going to be crazy expensive, but I worked the math and in the long run it’s competitive to what I was purchasing. We’ve always been grain-free so this product suits our needs. TRY IT!

Our cat was diagnosed with cancer and was not eating. I read about Smalls and decided to try it. I wrote an email after my first order because she started eating! I kept in contact with customer service (the absolute best I’ve ever experienced!!!!) about her likes and dislikes. They helped me tailor her order to her eating. Unfortunately, since she ate so little I was throwing away about half. She did start eating her kibble. I would highly recommend Smalls. Their customer service is beyond comparison.

Genesis assisted me via text, helped me resolve the issue and was so helpful and kind! It was such a refreshing experience in this day and age. It definitely would be an A+grade in customer service!

My cat seems to like some of the flavors. I find the website hard to change an order and you cannot order without starting a subscription. I plan to cancel.

My cat doesn't like any flavors but your fish blends and you just raised all prices.

My picky cat loves this food and absolutely licks her bowl clean. Great quality ingredients, always gets delivered super fast and still frozen. Customer service was great at resolving issues in a timely manner as well. Not the biggest fan of the subscription based model, however, and would love the option to purchase just a few packs a month because they can be pricey.

We recently started our girl on Small’s after her previous food from a big manufacturer was discontinued. We knew we needed a diet that was grain free, limited ingredients, pate and provided some moisture as our girl refuses to drink any water. I researched a lot of foods and Small’s kept rising to the top on several of the reviews and comparisons. We placed a sample order and when it arrived, we decided to switch our girl cold turkey to the Small’s. She chowed down on her new food like she hadn’t eaten in days! Immediately scheduled her subscription to arrive every 3 weeks so we can be assured we won’t run out because of unforeseen circumstances.
Now, the 6 remaining cases of her old canned food is going to be donated to our local animal shelter so essentially it’s a win-win all around.
The one Small (see what I did here😊) drawback with her food is the cost, but we felt that she deserves the best with good quality and safely produced food, so we just bit the bullet and are staying with Small’s.
A word about the Bird Nip, which is the cat treats that accompany each order. Our girl is absolutely obsessed with the Bird Nip. We can’t even open the pantry door anymore without drawing her attention! Of course, everything in moderation so she’s allowed about 15 treats a day and that works for all of us…well, probably more for us than her but regardless, it works.

Gave my cat insane diarrhea. She does not have a sensitive stomach and has never had a problem transitioning to different foods before. Whatever benefits are offered by this brand aren't worth her being in distress like this.

It is easy to interface with their website. I tried the initial sample box and my cat loved it! She is 11 years old and has had diarrhea for 4 or 5 years. I tried everything the vet recommended, all of the good foods on line and locally and nothing worked - she threw them up, would not eat them and still had diarrhea! When she first tried Smalls, she loved it, did not throw up, and after one week on Smalls food, she is having solid poops!!!

Kitty has gained weight, has a better coat. I like smalls more than any canned food.

Our 6 cats love Smalls food, but it's just a bit too pricey for us. We will try to order as a treat here and there. I do recommend if you're able to afford it. I think natural is the way to go if you can.
