Unfortunate Experience
Unfortunately had a bad experience with this company and will not be using again. I purchased a tent for a friends daughter. The tent wasn't great quality (was very unsteady and poles wouldn't fit the fabric when she tried to put it together) so returned it. When they received it they claimed it wasn't faulty and had grass stains....My friend doesn't have grass. Pictures were never sent to confirm this and I was deducted £8 from the refund.

We have refund more than 80% of the order, even the customer returned a used tent back to us, we have tried our best, but we still disappointed this customer, No matter what, we will continuously try our best to helping our customer.
Fantastic service & product
Fantastic service . Ordered and received item next day . Kitchen is fantastic . I cannot wait to give to our son on his birthday . It’s very well made . Fool proof instructions . Loads of screws and bits and bobs but easy to erect.
