Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from Claudia and Nicole. Money is worth more to this company than the customer is always right. I am a long-time customer with over a dozen pieces in my home from this company, and had one order that did not print as I uploaded and printed with higher contrast, creating some lost detail of the artwork. Both of these people basically told me it was my fault that I didn't use their editing tools while uploading, which in fact I did..and blamed the backlight of my computer? Who does that? I asked if I could brighten up the photos because of their added contrast and reprint again and they blamed me. For someone who has already spent over $1000 with this company, my $129 order was worth keeping over me buying from them again. How disappointing and disgusting. What happened to good customer service anymore? Save your money and order from somewhere else. I am so upset.

The pictures are beautiful but the frames need work. One arrived broken. One has a gap between the picture and frame and one did not sit flat on wall as the frame wasn’t put together well. Frames are light which is nice but the quality of construction needs work.

I am a repeat customer!! One of my frames (out of multiple and multiple different times I have ordered) was slightly damaged. I sent in a request and the same day they had a replacement shipped. This was also on a weekend!!! 10/10 service and I will continue to order!!

I used to love this company. Now, I will NEVER order from here again. Ive ordered several pictures from here a few years back with absolutely no complaints, but this time I spent over $100 on one picture (which is ridiculous) and they sent it with the completely wrong stain color on the frame. They sent me a message saying that it’s on their website that different types of wood absorbs stain differently and therefore may be different colors. This stain I received is almost black and the one I ordered was the lightest most natural color wood. They refuse a refund or to fix THEIR mistake.

I have ordered multiple items from their website. They ship fast and are always great quality.
My last order had 2 separate issues - one was my fault for making a selection mistake, the other was damaged in delivery. Smallwoods was very responsive and provided solutions to correct both issues. Their customer service was exceptional!
I highly recommend their product.

Reached out with a question regarding an order I'd like to place. When I clicked through the process of placing the order, the item price changed with no explanation. This was not additional shipping or added charge, just a change of the price of the actually item I wanted to order. Sent question via email on December 31 and got a prompt response, with a ticket number and assurance customer service would get back to me. It's now January 7 mid afternoon and still no response.
More information was requested. I don't see any more possible details to share. Now it's January 20th and over 3 weeks since I sent my question direct to Smallwoods. Still no response. They have my email. Please contact me and let me know WHAT kinds of additional information is needed.

Wish I would've read reviews before purchasing. As a Christmas present to myself, I had photos done professionally with the sole objective of getting small woods frames. I received the first frame, thankfully of my children first. No issues. The other two photos were sent separately, marked delivered by FedEx however FedEx NEVER showed up to my house the day I received the email stating it was "delivered". Usually, FedEx takes a photo for proof, checked for that so maybe I would notice the house & be able to recoup my photos. Nope - no proof of delivery. I submit a claim to FedEx who advises me to notify the shipper while they investigate. I do that on Saturday (1/3) & submit all the info needed. I get an email this evening stating that they have completed the investigation & the package was successfully delivered that something happened to my package post delivery. Implying that one - I'm a liar OR that someone stole my photos... but that they had no resolution & they apologized for the frustration.. and attached a photo of the FIRST package delivered on 12/27 as their proof of delivery on 1/3. Advised them that that was the first delivery I never received the second that was supposed to have another package on 1/3 at 2 PM. They stated there was no photo for that package, however they are SURE that it was delivered & their investigation was over. However, FedEx still has an open investigation into this matter so I'm a bit confused how Smallwoods is so "SURE". So basically, someone out there has photos of my family, including my small children & Smallwoods doesn't care one bit to even try to help. I'm unsure which is worse, that or the fact that I'm out of over $150.
I ordered a framed canvas for my son for Christmas. It was delivered....but not to my address. I contacted both Fed Ex and Smallwood. Fed Ex didn't care but Smallwood shipped out a replacement immediately and I even got it before the Holiday. My son loved the picture and it was absolutely beautiful. The workmanship was much better than any other I have ordered. Well worth the investment. My son actually loved it so much he ordered another already!

My picture was not the size I ordered. It was ordered to match another frame I got from you and it was one inch smaller each way. It was very disappointing.
Originally ordered for Christmas - they waited until just days before to put a hold on the product and tell me it was too blurry. I asked for a refund due to not being able to gift these prints for Christmas, they refused and would only offer store credit for another time. The prints I did receive were blurry and the lighting was altered. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money. Don’t use this company if you’re thinking about it!
The customer service team at Smallwoods is awesome. When my first canvas print wasn't as expected, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They fixed the aspect ratio and made the photo "pop off" the canvas. They also replaced the print promptly. Great job Smallwoods!
My two 20 x 30 canvas photos arrived yesterday. They look amazing. Besides the great work this company did, they were also really good at talking to me on the phone and replying to my emails. My experience could not have been better. Ordering was a breeze. The website is intuitive and easy to use.
Picture arrived FedEx and the box corner was damaged. The frame corner was damaged. I emailed immediately and followed the very clear directions on the order email. Sent photos and within minutes had a response to resolve the situation. They processed a replacement immediately.
They also agreed to resend the replacement to my sons as it’s a Christmas gift and I’m going to be in NY (from Florida) for the holiday.
Excellent customer service and I expect to be ordering many more in the future.
