I brought something on tiktok and it signed me up for this poo poo without realising. I was spending a lot of money at this time on small things so I didn’t look into what was going on until later. I wish I could give this less than one star. Really? you bloody frauds, you scammed a 14 year old of £500+. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Thanks for nothing. I also don’t have a job or anything, this took me years to save up. Customer service does nothing. I also got all my credit taken away from me too which is why I am giving this one star.

This company has taken out payments out my account numerous times and iv never heard of them .I'm also in my 60s in disabled houseing and in a wheelechair and housebound with no requirements from them .All they say in return is I have one credit of £23.73 witch is lies as they took payments more than 3 times from me of the so called £23.73 more bloody lies

Someone opened an account with my mom’s e-mail and card details, she has got charged multiple times, i have asked customer support to cancel the account, and to find out who did this or give me information related to the account hoping I can find out( cause she doesnt speak english), but they only said they can assist me on how can I use the credit, and that is not refundable. No specific help of how can I do anything with an account that we never opened, nor information about the fraud
