Exceptionally poor customer service

Booked annual service. Nathan arrived. Barely in 5 mins and advised all ok. Was concerned advised elderly lady lived here.
Wasn't concerned. Few hours later noticed pressure had dropped. Called company and they advised Nathan would come back. Again minutes, told me he probably forgot to adjust it before leaving. I asked him to make sure there were no leaks, he shrugged his shoulders,advised its fine. Over next few days I had to keep topping up pressure. Called Max Smartplan told me he would charge me to sent someone out. This was pointed out at the service by me that I felt something was wrong. I wanted a different engineer, they refused.
I called out an independent H engineer who confirmed there was a leak and I needed a new part. I called Max in smartplan, he advised he would send out an engineer to check it and charge me. Really disappointing. How many times days do they expect me to take off work. I'm now paying indep. H. Engineer and smartplan want me to pay a call out charge for their engineer to tell me the same thing. Disgusting...I have refused and I will be cancelling my policy. No apology or remorse for their incompetence.

The engineer went above and beyond i am…

The engineer went above and beyond i am 80 . Problem/ gas meter / he waited for them to come it was gone 8 pm did’nt leave till well agter that a couple of hrs to make sure i was not without hot water . It must have been dark when he got home and its summertime welldone 5 gold stars well deserved

The boiler service was initially…

The boiler service was initially rescheduled with only a days notice which is not ideal for making plans through work. Once I had the new appointment, the engineer contacted me to let me know he was on his way within my allotted time slot. The engineer was very friendly and professional.

Con Artists!

They are absolute scammers. They somehow duped an elderly relative into a contract in 2021 (a contract they have provided absolutely no information or contract for) and are now demanding money from him once he has cancelled it.

How can I company operate when they are preying on a pensioner and confusing them into signing up for things they never wanted, needed or have provided anything for?

It's times like this where 0 stars should be an option. Absolute disgrace.

Couldn’t fault these guys, I had a leak coming out of my washing machine, Dan attended the day after and fixed the issue in under an hour!
