As a satisfied customer of 4 years, I firstly wish to confirm that this is the review page for an AIR PURIFIER company/social enterprise! Several reviews on this page are describing people's experiences with different companies.

The Smart Air Qt3 is great as a highly portable, mini HEPA. It adds a layer of protection against airborne pathogens/allergens/pollution etc. It doesn't provide a bubble of clean air, because small HEPAs can't do that - and SmartAir have been honest about this.

The Sqair is my current favourite air purifier for my home. It is quiet on the lower setting for everyday use, and you can turn it up to a more powerful setting if you need to clear the air rapidly.

The Smartair heater I bought was not what was required to do the job needed. I was contacted by the supplier after my review and was immeadiately refunded, The after service was remarkable would have no trouble dealing with this company again.

SmartAir has fantastic products, I am a faithful customers and recommend them to all my friends. I have three of their air purifiers - a QT3, small for travels, a Sqair for the bedroom and an SA600 for the living room. They are all easy to use, quiet and excellent value for money. The air monitor is also excellent to gain a better understanding of the air quality. Clean air made easy!

both the smartair blowers i have bought have stopped working neither are taking a charge or running of the charger tried contacting smartair spoke to a operator was told they would sort things out for me the small one worked for twelve month and the large one is less than twelve month old tried talking on line but no one came back to me

Your small portable unit is excellent!
I needed something which I could easily carry to the office. I have Long Covid and need to be very careful about infection control, plus I've not got the physical ability to carry anything large around. This unit is quiet, efficient and light - I am very grateful you've brought this to market and I hope that others who want clean air in their environment will buy one too.

I've been a customer of Smart-Air for a couple of years, and have found their customer relations to be excellent. I had some problems understanding the Qingping Lite air monitor they supplied, and they soon sorted me out. The monitor is constantly useful in our household, to check temperature, CO2, humidity and pollution levels. And I absolutely love the voluntary work they do around the world. They're here in the UK now, working on mould problems in the home! Their website is full of helpful information about indoor air quality. They're clearly very practical, too, about things, doing their own lab work and finding new ways forward. I've just been in touch with them about some of their digital content and a problematic link, and they were instantly responsive and helpful.

Using this portable air filter gives me an added layer of confidence that I am breathing clean air, and it's so lightweight I can take it out with me easily. I've used it at a hospital waiting room and didn't catch anything despite loads of people coughing all around me. It also looks super cute so it looks nice on my desk.

Smart Air has been an excellent company to deal with. I've bought several Sqair purifiers and two QT3 portable purifiers. The Sqair is very quiet on 1 and I have them running in the background all the time. (I sometimes turn them up to 3 for white noise at night.) They get turned up when people come to visit, and so far everyone has remained healthy. They're also nice to look at, and we often take one to meetings or appointments for added peace of mind. If I can't take the Sqair, I take the QT3, especially to the dentist. I've had to contact the company several times to ask questions, and each time I've had a timely response that was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

I switched over to Smartair when numerous other filters from my previous brand would let off a horrid smell within weeks! To my complete surprise, after receiving the Squair product the filter does the exact same as their competitors but within just two days! it stinks exactly like my other brand filters! all these companies are the same, using cheap toxic filters from China, there is absolutely no difference except designs and pricing....the delivery took over a week which is ridiculous in the US and to make matters worse it is sold through a fraudulent website! SmarterHepa.com does NOT have a working email or phone number so I now have to file a chargeback with my credit card company! Beware and do NOT order anything from this company!

I thought the Smart Air was a better choice than Dyson for formaldehyde as they have an article up saying their units are better than Dyson and that Dyson's claim to remove more formaldehyde than others was wrong and theirs did a better job or just as good.

What they did not tell people was that Dyson have a special catalytic converter to break down formaldehyde.

But apparently it did not exist when they wrote their article I have been told by them and so they say it was not intended to be dishonest.

Do your research.

I love Smart Air and what they do. I have their QT3 and it's been a great help to me in various settings. It feels good quality, and I imagine the rest of their products are similarly high quality. From following Smart Air on social media, I can tell that they put a lot of thought and love into what they do. Would recommend!

I have been a SmartAir customer since I bought my first air purifier from them (Blast Mini) back in 2018 or 2019. I have my Mini hooked up to a smart plug that switches on when the inside air quality moves out of the green zone & then switches off when it is comfortably back in the green. It rarely takes more than a minute or two of operation before the inside air is clean again. Great!!

This company is committed to providing everyone with access to AND education about clean air. Their mission is evidenced by the fact that their products are priced very reasonably when compared to other profit-driven companies. Also, their website/blog is packed with scientific (but understandable) research on a variety of clean air topics. Beyond that, any time I have contacted them with questions - whether related to a product or a more broad air quality question - they always respond quickly and in full. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I highly recommend the SA600 purifier. I've had it for several months. It is quiet and CADR is high.

I love Smart Air products. I have blast and QT3. It made my air cleaner and my home fresher. My neighbors smoke cigarettes on the balcony, and now thanks to the purifier I can't smell the smoke.

I have Sqair and I am happy about this air purifier. Looks very nice in my salon - design is important for me. This device improved the air quality in my home.
