Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, excellent communication throughout.
Driver was waiting for us the minute we arrived and it was very reassuring to know we had a baby car seat including for our journey to Calpe, return journey exactly the same, prompt pick up, we would definitely use you again and we would 100% recommend. 😊

Super easy transaction. Drivers turn up on time. Lots of info available on WhatsApp and by email and prices are very competitive. Have now booked 4 journeys with Susan and I won't book any other way now

Car was clean and driver very was good.

Just one tip maybe give registration of car that’s picking you up or some sort of signage

Amazing service received from Smart Alicante Transfers.
We used them for our return transfers to Albir.
The communication from booking to the day we came home has been exceptional.
We received full confirmation for our arrival, our delayed flight was tracked and the driver was waiting exactly were we was told he would be.
Again on our return our confirmation was received the day before and the driver was waiting for us before time this morning.
Both transfers were smooth and the driver was very friendly and courteous.
I would not hesitate to use the company again and recommend them for anyone to use.

Great communication from the start. Our flight was delayed going out so I was a bit worried but the driver was there to pick us up. Polite driver nice clean car. He knew where we were going and when we were returning, which is great at 2am. On our return was a different driver but again very polite. Then our return flight got cancelled and we had to wait 2 days for a flight home. I messaged Susan at 4am. She had responded by the time I woke up and arranged another transfer to the airport for us for our final flight home. Very friendly communication and will definitely use again. Will be recommending

Contacted Susan after our original transfer let us down on the day we were flying. Susan tried everything to help us out. Unfortunately as it was only 4 hours until we arrived in Alicante she could not get us a transfer for our arrival. So we booked for our departure & were so pleased that we did. From pick up to drop off the transfer was fantastic. Minibus was clean & had fantastic aircon . Driver was smart courteous & an extremely safe driver 😊 & such a lovely person. Price was also a lot more competitive than the taxi from outside airport that we had to on our arrival . We will definitely use Smart Alicante Transfers for all our trips from now on . Thank you Susan for all your help.

Fantastic service both ways, drivers on time and very pleasant and comfortable cars

First time we have used Smart Alicante Transfers and got to say fantastic service from start to finish, excellent communication from Susan and Mario the driver. The taxi was spotless and clean and was on time. Would definitely recommend this company

First time I have used the company and was not disappointed definitely recommend and will use this company again.

I thought I would give this company a try and they certainly didn’t disappoint. The communication from Susan was perfect every step of the way with clear instructions on where to find our driver who was there waiting. A very pleasant journey to the hotel, far better than waiting for one of those coaches where you can sit for an hour before leaving the airport .
Door to Door service great price, both times we had lovely drivers who helped us with h our bags.
Service with a smile and nothing too much trouble , we even asked to change our pick up point and it was accommodated can’t recommend highly enough.
I have already shared this company with my friends and will definitely be booking with them from now on. Superb , well done 👏

We booked a last minute transfer, Susan went out of her way to message me on WhatsApp outside of office hours to arrange the transfer for us, we booked from our hotel to Alicante and the communication throughout was amazing, confirmed with us the day before leaving the transfer time and they arrived on time, the bus was super comfy and the aircon was perfect, our driver took our case for us and put it on and off, couldn’t want anything more, easy start to finish and amazing communication, took the hassle out of the transfer will 100% book again on our next trip☺️

From start to finish this was an excellent company to deal with.very smooth transfers and communication via email and whatsapp was great no query was left unanswered.would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Taxi driver was on time awaiting my arrival with an ipad in his hand with my surname on it. Very quick transfer from Alicante to Benidorm.
The driver did want to take the return payment with the arrival taxi which we was a little concerned about, however this was not a problem and the return taxi arrived again on time in a lovely brand new EClass. No question about payment when he dropped us back off at the airport as it had clearly been communicated before he set off that we paid for the return on our arrival.

Would definitely use again to avoid the rip off taxis waiting in the airport that are 50% more expensive!
