received faulty device but no customer service
received a faulty device. the customer service first wanted me to purchase the shipping and then declared that they want to check if i caused the mistake on the device. furthermore they wanted to give me a voucher for their online shop where i could purchase a new device with a higher price and once again shipping costs. i simply insisted on the exchange of completely working device. therefore i had to send the broken device back to them. now i‘m waiting for six weeks and nothing happend so far except that they still have my money but i don‘t have any device.

My order was delivered only after over one month, even though the product showed availability in the store. I finally received the product after an escalation. There was no communication that the products were delayed.
