Manipulated

I went into this feeling in good hands and quite trusting. Even though they advertise live OUT as well as live in, they advised against live OUT. I voiced several times my inclination was for live OUT but it was dismissed. We were less than a week into having a live in, when I called to explain the live in situation was not the right fit. I asked to be refunded and they told me no. I am now feeling incredibly manipulated and trapped. It is one thing, months in, to change direction, but with not even a full week in, the agency should oblige their customers and release the fee as they claim they will do on the website. I cannot imagine running a business like this. It is incredibly manipulative.
