They stole my board

I sent my off road electric board in for repair over a year ago. After months of sporadic checking in with them they told me they cannot repair my board so could either return it or discount a new board. This 'discount' turned out to be £50 - a ridiculous offer for a nearly new board. They have since removed my ticket from their system and will not answer the phone or respond to voicemails or emails. Shambles.

Proceedings will be issued in the Small Claims of the County Court

My hoverboard and go-kart went missing. I advised you on 15th August that we would be taking the matter further if you did not reply. I got a call on 12th September from "Mark Robinson" - repairs manager at SBUK promising to send a replacement. I have heard nothing since. If you do not contact me by end of next week - 3rd Feb, I will be submitting this claim against you. I have called repeatedly only to be able to leave a voice message to which I get no reply. This is my final outreach to you.

I bought a hover board for my daughter…

I bought a hover board for my daughter for Christmas it does not work and won’t charge. I have tried messaging on Facebook emails phone calls and I cannot get hold of anyone. Avoid this company. It is a complete con! Extremely unhappy customer currently asking my bank for a chargeback 😡

Ripped me off!

Ordered replacement parts which were sent out in Sept. The parts arrived damaged which I sent back (smartboards were very helpful with this part).
They then refused to refund me, suggesting the parts I had returned were not the original parts.
Over 8 emails later, photographic evidence and 10+ calls to their customer service (picked up once but only to say they would have to pass this on to their manager) I have not been refunded.

I'm now considering reverting to small claims court.

My advice would be to avoid this company.

I would avoid this company at all…

I would avoid this company at all costs. They have recently vacated our property leaving the unit full of rubbish and discarded tyres and even took the light fittings. They also owe us several months rent hence will probably leave us £25,000 out of pocket in terms of rent and clean up so suffice to say I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

Still not returned my board after MONTHS

I wrote a review on 25-OCT (listed below). It's now a month later and my board still has not been returned. I rang weeks ago and managed to get through, was told it would be returned that week.

Literally the worst service I've ever encountered from a repair company - please avoid them at all costs.

Absolutely fantastic service from start…

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish needed a hover board for my sim didn’t have a clue where to start they helped me get the right one with the kart stress free paid and collected from them directly and couldn’t ask for friendlier people and nice to know in the future if anything went wrong with it they offer a full repair service as well 10 out of 10

Quick repair, great team.

Was able to repair my son's electric scooter and collected it on a Saturday morning.
Had to wait for a part to be in stock but you expect this with cars etc so wasn't an issue and communication we received was spot on.
Really friendly guys would recommend 110%. We struggled to find any other electric repairs shops local so very pleased to find smart boards.

Have scooters boxed up ready.

My only issue was when the courier first came to pick the scooter up I wasn’t aware it was suppose to be boxed up, that could have been my fault or a little bit of miscommunication between both sides. But other then that they was very fast and reliable any issues again with my scooter I’ll be sure to come back to these guys! A company that managed to fit on my solid tyre wheels

Took my order and my money

Took my order and my money, sent me tracking details that then showed they had cancelled the order. Have tried to email and call but no response and no refund. Telephone goes straight to voicemail and they do not get back to you. Currently going through paypal to get a refund (hopefully) meantime I have a very disappointed grandson who wont be getting his birthday until this is resolved.
