I paid extra for expedited processing and delivery, yet my order is being handled under the same standard timelines as if I had not paid for faster service.
This is unacceptable and misleading. When a company offers an expedited option and charges customers for it, that service must be honored — otherwise it amounts to false advertising.
The lack of transparency and failure to deliver on a paid service reflects poorly on SmartBuyGlasses’ reliability. Customers should not have to chase after what they already paid for, nor should they be left waiting under normal processing times when they specifically purchased expedited handling.
I expect either immediate correction of this issue or a refund of the expedited fee. Companies must be held accountable when they fail to deliver the services they advertise, and I will not recommend SmartBuyGlasses until they demonstrate integrity and respect for their customers.
