I'm a returning customer having made several past purchases and SmartBuyGlasses has never disappointed, including the most recent order!
There is a wide variety of options to choose from, very fairly priced and the product detail provided allows a potential customer to have all the information needed to make an informed purchase (eg. if the glasses are suitable for progressive lenses).
Placed the order on Feb 19 and had it delivered on Feb 27. Appreciate the expeditious processing and dispatching of orders! It also came very well packaged so that is always appreciated.
Would confidently recommend to others to utilize their service. For myself, I'll definitely will be back for all my optical needs!

Genuine Item but meh delivery
the item is genuine as the quality is the same as that of the same genuine item I bought from a local store. The delivery from Hong Kong to Singapore took about 2 weeks. They should have provided free shipment for my spending SGD 500+ cause we all know glasses have high margin.

2023/12/03 Terrible shopping experience
To add to the comments, the service manager professionally followed up on my issue and also provided several follow-up options to remedy the problems caused previously. However, my choice was completed as quickly as possible, which gave me a pleasant feeling!
Representative services can still be very positive.
The correct date I received the product was December 29th. After I opened the outer box on the 30th, everything inside was in good condition, which is a happy thing. The original comment was mistakenly written as 12/31 and the items have not been received yet. This is my personal negligence. I would like to apologize again!
The order purchased on 2023/12/03 has not been received by 12/31. Does a pair of glasses have to be shipped by ship? I responded to customer service through emails. Each email reply only said that I need to confirm with the freight forwarder. A total of 5 emails were sent to me, but there was no clear answer or result! Customer service is just wasting each other's time again, it's a really bad website shopping experience, future shoppers need to think about this!

Absolutely useless customer service
Absolutely useless customer service. Could not find my prescription despite it being on my profile. I even showed them the prescription I had used just a few months earlier. I forwarded them an email they had sent to me confirming my prescription. Gelica just seemed to make things harder with each email. So poor.
