Order not delivered and refund missing

I ordered glasses from SmartBuyGlasses on 29.09.2025.
The order was never delivered.

The company confirmed that the item was not received and officially approved a refund. I have written confirmation of this.

Order amount: 457 €

Despite their confirmation, the refund has not been issued to this day.
I have contacted support, but the issue remains unresolved.

This experience is extremely disappointing. I am still waiting for my money to be returned

Scam - Just Avoid

I bought Serengeti Odel sunglasses from the company and paid for expedited shipping 3-4 days. Only after paying I was informed that sunglasses need to be "sourced" which will took 11-15 days. The whole process took well over three weeks. I would have never bought if I was informed about this upfront. Site is misleading as it clearly mentions item is in stock until you pay.

The model shipped does not match the specifications either. Website clearly mentions chromatic lenses, but regular polarized were shipped instead. I will open the case with the consumer protection authority if not resolved.

The price paid was over $200 which should warrant some trust but I was scammed instead.

Is your company a scam?!

I have written 3 emails to you and also a Trustpilot review and still have heard nothing from you!

I would like to cancel my order and have my money back!
Has received nothing from you, neither order number nor order confirmation!

Now I'm trying in English to hope for an answer!

Which is not just a standard response from Trustpilot

Perfect!

I was very pleased to communicate with Billie from customer support. SmartBuyGlasses delivered the glasses very quickly. I'll come back whenever I need her to and I recommend all dearly.

FATTER INTET AF DET FIRMA - bange for det er svindel

MEGET MEGET dårlig førstegangsoplevelse.....Bestiller briller via mit Visakort, skal alt muligt igennem med Nem-id og sidenhen en Nets-kode.
Alt får fint indtil jeg får at vide at der er "sikkerhedsproblemer" med min betaling...siden er fuldt underlige mails som jeg ikke forstår. Så er betalingen gået igennem, så er den ikke og nu får jeg denne gebrokne meddelese.
Sjovt nok ER mine penge trukket på min bankkonto og jeg tror sgu ikke jeg nogensinde ser de briller igen.
Denne mail kom i dag: meget skummelt med både svensk og engelsk - UDEN at jeg stadig fatter hvad der foregår:
PS: Enhver idiot ved at man ikke skal sende kopi af sit pas !, som der stod i første mail
