Seller runs bait and switch tactics on eBay claiming phones are unlocked when they are not and offered to "fix" them remotely. But the efforts are just to stall you until you e busted the return window. If you get a bad phone don't believe they are trying to help you if they tell you to wait several days for an update.
I received my phone and it was not unlocked and had a hefty bill unpaid on it. I returned the phone as requested January 8, 2025, and have not received my money back.
