Doesn't fit me.

Sadly the masks don't fit me across the nose, i'm not sure why but the gap means there's always air leaking from above, so I can't really use them. I tried both adult and kids size and have the same issue.

Upon ordering

Upon ordering, an incorrect and much higher amount was charged to my credit card. Customer service was swift to rectify the problem.

A fully satisfied customer

I have used SmartCover masks from very early on and have purchased masks thro there varies guises until the present day. I currently use the FF2 RD mask and as with the others I am completely satisfied, what more can I say.

Having the best nights sleep in years

I saw an advert for a Smart Cover sleep mask online and thought I’d give it a try. Well… I’m struggling to find the right words-apart from wow! I have been using the sleep mask for three nights now and I’m having the best sleep I’ve ever had that I can remember. I have always suffered with restless sleep -changing positions through the night and always having things on my mind to think about. There is something so comforting about the design of this mask-the cushion around the eye is like a lovely pillow that sits around your eye and for me I seem to channel all the stress into it and just seem to let go. The mask also gives you space for your actual eyes to breath -so no mask is sitting directly on your eyes themselves (which is also something I have struggled with using other masks -my eyes used to get dry and sticky-not having this issue at all with this mask). I’m having the best sleep I’ve had in years. It was that good after the first night that I had to order another one for when I’m washing this one or keep it for travelling. I love the bag that comes with the mask that you can keep it in too and use to wash it. I ordered a black mask and was a little worried about it leaving marks on my pillow (some other masks left marks -I don’t know if they were dyed black or the strap material left marks) I’m really happy to say that there are no marks whatsoever using this mask. It is also completely dark and doesn’t let any light in through any edges at all. The strap is adjustable and uses Velcro so you can adjust it to whatever size and resistance you want too. It truly is something special and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone. If you’ve been thinking whether to get one or not-Give it a try-i am so happy with mine and won’t part with it-looking forward to ordering more items from SmartCover in future. Thank you so much for creating this mask -it is amazing.

Late to ship, say they don't accept returns (which is alarming to me)

The item (sleep mask) was very late to ship (required a nudge from me) and came without use or care instructions. Eye pads weren't aligned correctly --- can I just take them off?

Delivery was meant to be 2-3 working days (upgraded to 6 in email confirmation after purchase), ended up being 2 weeks.

I also noticed on their website that they do not accept returns. I'm not an expert but this kind of thing is a bad vibe and makes me want to avoid the company. I'm not 100% on the distance selling rules (which I recommend you always look up on the gov uk website before buying from anywhere online and deciding for yourself if they should apply to you) but a blanket no returns policy is at the very least bad practice.

Combined with the terrible shipment, I won't be going back to them. Generously giving them two stars.

19+ days for nothing

I ordered the smart cover FFP2 because I would be going on a trip where I needed that type of mask. Since it almost 3 weeks until I would leave (19 days) I figured it would arrive in plenty of time. About two weeks later and nothing, so I sent a mail to their support asking for information and also mentioning that if it would if it wouldn't arrive in the next 2-3 days I no longer have use for them since I have already left for my trip. Also now I have to in a very short time find replacement masks for this.

All I got back was this generic reply:
"We are so excited for you to receive your SmartCover. 💯
Upon checking, your order has indeed been processed and shipped.

Due to an overload of packages and increased protective measures, shipping couriers have been experiencing delays. We are working to have orders delivered as fast as possible but businesses everywhere are experiencing unexpected delays due to COVID-19.

(My address)

Rest assured your order is on its way and will be delivered. As the shipping couriers scan the parcel your tracking number will have more information available.

Thank you for your patience and support during this difficult time. Feel free to reply with any additional questions or concerns we'd be happy to help you out with."

Well, the next days went by and I left for my trip without any delivery. After I got back, I had two letters from the Swedish postal service where I had to pay VAT and so for the products. Since this was products shipped from Germany I figured this was already paid when I ordered the item. However apparently not. Anyway, the expiration time on this had already passed so even if I wanted to pay this and receive the items they were already being returned. So thanks for nothing and enjoy my money I guess...

Great service

I intend on using my laptop sleeve/stand everywhere I go and am glad it came with the extra pouches to use with any mouse and was pleased with the order I received. I have only just heard about smart cover sleeves/stands recently through an advert being shown on Facebook and thought that I should definitely buy this item.

Would highly recommend the reusable FFP2

I've been getting these masks and the spray and the FFP2 reusable is so unbelievably comfortable and breathable, and are so handy to have adjustable ear loops. My partner uses one too, and he agrees. It's defiantly the most comfortable out of all masks, and having the extra protection of it being FFP2 and certified gives a sense of safety in these uncertain times. I will continue to wear masks once restrictions are lifted and will continue to buy from smart cover, its good to know Ill be protected. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a face mask and earplugs from…

I ordered a face mask and earplugs from SmartCover on the 6th June. I eventually, after many emails received the earplugs on Saturday 3rd July. I am still waiting for the face mask!!!!!!
This is the most incompetent company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Excuse after excuse!!!
I am very disappointed with the earplugs, they won't stay in the ear canal and noise reduction is NIL. I have suggested refunding my money, that idea has met with no response.
If it eventually arrives, I will write an honest review, but at present I seriously doubt it will arrive.
