It was easy to invest in Dubai property market, I started a small investment and earning my returns, it’s really an easy and good platform for those who can’t spare a large amount to invest in real estate

I have enjoyed using SmartCrowd for three years and with the revamped website it's become simpler to see how my investments are doing - as well as other info I need to know. Most importantly, many of my property purchases seem to be doing well, so I've got my skin in the game with less risk, and some handy profits to show for it.

Overall experience is good except for the high fees.

Its a nice idea to invest in property for those who has less money and cannot buy full property. The fees by hight for example If I purchase shares worth 1000 and I get shares worth 850.

To start with, has been a great idea to do investment in Smart crowd. But need to see it on long run how it's going to turn out.
Since the money is locked in the investments, a bit hesitant to invest more.

Investing through smart Crowd platefrm is good experience. With a much ease one can invest in dubai property.
But Acquasition cost some time seems to be much highet.

The only downside is that the fees are a bit higher, but I think it's worth it for the level of service and the potential for higher returns.

I have been investing for some time now and made about 5 investment purchases. Great platform to allow investors to get access to the UAE property market without the big ticket sizes. The market is doing well at the moment so returns are good however the downturns will be interesting to see how this is managed.

A significant amount goes into fees upon fees which depletes the returns. The expenses do not align with the budgeted expenses. E.g significant furniture overruns (200% more than budget)

Poor response time from the customer team when queries have been shared.

Overall great business proposition however the fees need to more regulated and controlled. Even though I have mixed feelings on this investment I keep buying more which is a sign of confidence in the business.

Made an investment 6 months ago and I see the reward each month. As I am French I had to make transit my money by an other account but not too hard.
