Tooth extraction
I had to have a tooth out on 9 July 2026 at Trafford Dental Centre in Stretford. I was absolutely terrified, crying, and behaving like a complete wuss !! Rucha and Cecilia were unbelievably kind to me. Rucha brought in her headphones so that I could listen to ABBA, and Cecilia held my hand throughout the procedure. They’re both really lovely and I’m so grateful to them for being so kind to me xxxx

Had tooth pain while I was away in Devon. Could not get in anywhere to get my tooth out. Rang smart dental got an appointment for the wednesday at 5.45. Seen on time fantastic dentist Mr Carre took my back tooth out was going home at 6pm took painkillers that night just incase. No pain at all. Made to feel cared about and service by administrative staff dentist and assistant were more than first class. Thank you all

Exceptional Care from a Fantastic Team!
I had a dental appointment today with Dr. Samira, and I cannot recommend her highly enough—she is an absolute asset to the team! From start to finish, she did a remarkably thorough job, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and an incredible attention to detail during my thorough assessment and deep clean. I had multiple queries, and she patiently and clearly answered every single one, completely putting me at ease.
A special shoutout to Ahmed, who was assisting her today. He ensured the environment was impeccably clean, provided excellent support, and maintained the same high standard of professionalism throughout the visit.
Not to forget the reception staff were also wonderful—welcoming and efficient. They made the check-in process seamless and set a positive tone for the entire visit.
If you are looking for top-tier dental care, I definitely recommend Dr. Samira and the Trafford Dental Team!

Thank you for making it as stress free and pain free as possible
Dr Elfadil, was brilliant, im always very nervous when having treatment at the dentist and I have to say he was so kind and patient with me, he did a brilliant job and kept me calm throughout my tooth extraction. Would definitely recommend this practice and Dr Elfadil in particular. Thank you for making it as less distressing than I have in the past. The staff at reception are also lovely and very helpful. The booking process was quick and easy and also got me in alot quicker than I expected thanks to some else cancelling at the last minute!

Avoid this place in all cost can't believe what i had to go throug for 2 day's long and finely left without treatment. I had very bad experience yesterday by dr Mohammadosman. He was doing so difficult about everything, i never had any dentist not willing to use anesthetic without adrenaline before and sais to me " i don't think it's coverd by nhs we don't have it here"!! When i went downstairs to the reception they said they have it. Some peaple has bad reaction to adrenaline so it's nothing strange am requesting. He also refused to use white filling after i explained why i can't accept silver filling with my health condition. But after i spoke to receptionist she spoke to him and in once it was all allowed?! When i was about to book finally an appointment the receptionist said dr Mohammad want you to book this treatment with therapist! Horrible experience really i said if it's a dr like this then please i would like to book with another dentist. I won't let a therapist doing an important job that a dentist should do. The another dentist named chris or something said to the receptionist i should get a letter from a dr to confirm i can't get the silver filling. So unhelpful my previous surgery agreed dirct with white filling after i explained my health condition. A dentist is also dr they know very well how bad the silver filling is. In the Netherlands where I'm coming from silver filling is restricted not allowed to use anymore so dentists and nhs just don't care about peaple health they use this cheap bad rubbish money is more important to them. Most bad experience ever. Freya has been very helpful to help me she did her best to sort out for me with different dentist's but the result was we can't give you the treatment unless you pay £180. No not going to do that while am an nhs patient just for a very small filling. Terrible experience avoid this practice.

My Dentist Mohamedosman Elfadil has done amazing work on my composite bonding and aswell as other work. I am looking to have implants aswell and I would trust mohammad with life. Highly recommend to all 😁
