Account suspended as they claim I have no payment method setup. Yet they are taken my money month on month. SoI cancelled as no response from them yet surprise surprise they are still taken money from my account.
Hi i had a problem setting it up to be honest it is not my strong point but i contacted support and spoke to Dmitri and he was brilliant,very helpful and talked me through and i still got it wrong.Dmitri stayed with me and got it sorted.great guy with great attitude.
This service is excellent ,the best way i would describe it.It does what they say it will do.Very happy with it.

December 3rd Update; I realised that this service does not work with my LG TV. I asked Customer Support to cancel my account.
He wanted to give it a second try, but we were cut off in the middle of his help and I've heard nothing back.
This is not the first time that this has happened. So I have cancelled my account
Nov 11th: Very good with Customer Care for setting up devices. I'm not computer savvy. The technician had a lot of patience with me. Stayed I 'chat' for a long time.
Only problem I had was trying to get somebody on chat at one stage. I sent an email to Support and had no problem after that.
I'm now going to try out how well it works and will give a further review later
