This is quite a complex area for the digitally challenged among us. The smartDNS system works and is good value for money. I have used their services for several years. Their support is good though I have had to sort/think through various situations after being given guidance. Always get there in the end though 👍

Occasionally, when I have connection problems due to server errors, their customer support is great and they always fix the problem… Also works well with my Apple TV and MacBook and iPhone while traveling easy!

Yet again I can only praise the support I received from the SmartDNS team in quickly resolving an issue.

Unfortunately, the DNS and VPN were not functioning correctly with Apple devices, such as Apple TV and iPhone, causing significant interruptions. Fortunately, your expert team addressed the issue with great diligence and resolved it. I was then able to seamlessly watch the series I enjoy without any further problems. I have been using this company for many years without any issues. Recently I had a problem and contacted them. The response was very quick and the problem was resolved. Can highly recommend.

I usually review bad service, but today I received an email from SmartDNSproxy asking how things are going. There were no incentives or sweeteners, just instructions on how to contact them if there are any issues. I've been using their services for years, with a brief pause after my last subscription. When I realized I needed their services again, I resubscribed because no one I trust can beat their price, and I've never had any issues with their services. The setup is a bit complex, but that's due to my setup, not theirs.

As an expat, I have used many VPN/DNS services over the years and have used Smart DNS Proxy for the last eight years or so. I can honestly say, the service is superb.

On the odd occasions, I’ve had issues, they’ve been super responsive and have resolved problems very quickly.

I have been using Smart DNS for some years and at the start I was a little nervous about it. I've been using Smart DNS Proxy for a few years and finally signed up for life due to the ability to stream content from a variety of geoblocked sources from around the world.

Support has been extremely responsive and have assisted in resolving random issues as and when they crop up.

Most issues usually get resolved by the simple steps of rebooting the modem, reactivating the registered IP and restarting the errant device.

This leads me to believe they remain on top of things and attend to issues even before us users experience them.

PS: Ad Blocking would be a great addition to the services offered.

Works better than vpn and has a flawless customer care service!
