Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Mia attended my property. I was interested in having someone attend to review the solar panels, my fully electric car and the electricity bill. She was adequate but had to give me her details on a piece of paper she ripped out of a note book. The next day she started sending me text messages questioning me and reminding me about things we discussed. Very rude and unappreciated. If you are going to spend thousands of dollars with a company, you expect a little more professionalism. Appointment cancelled.

Customer Service = Non Existent
Had our battery installed in September 2025, sales person was great, and it was a fast turnaround time between accepting the quote and installation.
Unfortunately, the follow up and aftercare are nonexistent! Their customer service support is terrible, we had better luck using Chat GPT to resolve our issue. We reported the same problem four times to the customer service team and were sent the same generic email instructions each time, despite advising we had already followed the process, without success.

A Job Well Done
From our first telephone call to Smart Energy to enquire about the Rinnai Heat Pump we found it a pleasure discussing it with the staff there, especially Bailey Newbury who,after we decided to go ahead with the purchase, organised the necessary paperwork and took us through it step by step, answering all our questions resulting in a very quick turnaround with it being installed just a few weeks later, followed up by Bailey checking to see how the installation went. So, thank you Bailey for all your help. As for the Heat Pump, it’s certainly working well doing all that’s expected of it.
