Professional and courteous, explained what was going to be done. Cleaned up after themselves. Had them back for a hob fitting as well. Answered queries and came back to look a a small leak. would use Adam every time over all others.

AVOID
UPDATE: do not use this engineer. Up until the installation of my boiler he was charming and accommodating. A week after installing the boiler there was a leak. Adam was not interested in helping. Even though we informed him of the leak before he went on his head holiday, he did not fix the leak. I had to pay money to another engineer to fix. Since installation I had two leaks from the pipes connected to the boiler.
