Staff Training on Smartsheet - Planning and Delivery.
Our dept had a project to deliver training on plans/records we hold on Smartsheet; to in excess of 150 staff. Debbie Sawyer, Smartsheet Solutions Officer, assisted us by preparing the training document, setting up a slick and efficient booking system and then trained the staff on our project. Always a pleasure working with Debbie, and all the Smartsheet staff, as collaboration always reveals areas of improvement and time-saving. Thank you to Debbie and the team for assisting in making our project easier to manage.

Very impressed with the team. They took time to really understand the full extent of a reasonably complex procurement process and then used SmartSheet to fully capture what we needed. Some very innovative uses of the SmartSheet to get the absolute most out of it. I got that impression that they would handle any challenge we gave them with ease

I made contact during the Xmas break and got an immediate response to help support us for a tracker to follow who is in the office and when. We organised a video call (same day) and was supported immediately by Debbie to help set-up an example document.

I have worked with SmartSheet extensively with the DropDowns contained within the sheet itself. Never again. This tool is so powerful for ensuring consistency of data, processes and reporting across SmartSheets, Projects, People, Divisions that it will simply become part of my SmartSheet license fee forever.

One of my main stoppers for company wide integration has been back ups. Keeping the data is fine however losing formulae, conditional formats, automations and workflow would be heart breaking. Not to mention costly and unnecessary downtime with rebuilding. Automating this process gives me total piece of mind. Worse case scenario. 2 Minutes to fully restore total functionality v days and costly downtime.
