The greatest thing is how much money down everyone wanted atleast 30% 40% but going with smarter finance these guys know what they are doing and know all the best routes for a person and they do work things absolutely insane great and the customer service was phenomenal!!! I can’t say enough about Charlie Daniel. He was professional from the first phone cal, all the way until the deal was sealed. I must’ve called a 100 times and he always answered the phone. Charlie always had an answer to my questions and if he didn’t, he was quick to get back to me. This was hands down the best experience when it comes to financing.

I was displeased towards the end with communication between Profoam and the accounting department as they caused me not to be able to take possession of my trailer. It’s a 13 hour drive and now I have to drive all the way back up to get it. NOW let me tell you that Eric Raymond came in and literally was ON IT! I was extremely impressed on his sense of urgency and willingness to help me in anyway that he could. This would have went way down hill if it was not for him. Eric was exceptional the entire way through from start to finish and he is the only reason that I would consider you guys again for funding. He was great!

We are expanding into Decompression therapy and had multiple pieces of equipment to purchase. Robert Jackson and his team were able to make this happen quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I will use them in the future for purchasing equipment.
