I have used Smarter Inventories many times over the years throughout my career and cant fault at all.
Easy to use, concise reports and helpful support system.
Great value for money too

Smarter Inventories was recommended to me by a property manager that I met randomly. I just called him to thank him for providing me with great recommendation. Although I only own one buy-to-let property, this has allowed me to use an easy-to-use service at a beyond reasonable price. Take high res pictures of your property on your mobile, get your tenants to sign-off on it before they move in and avoid any future disputes. Simple.

The team are always very efficient and thorough and very helpful.

This app may look a bit basic but it has excellent functionality for managing inventory/inspection reports for my properties. Brilliant for my portfolio of self-managed HMOs. Thank you so much!

The best tool to protect your property and yourself as a landlord. Generates a most elaborate check in report. You have to put the work in regarding photos, comments and data, but at the end of the day it is so worth it. I highly recommend using the product.

Just the job for a new tenancy being self managed.

Looked around at a number of comparable software options and this is by some margin the best and most user friendly I've come across. Once you have learnt to embrace the features and options it is very easy to prepare a well laid out professional document. Would throughly recommend.

Struggled a bit at first, had to watch the youtube vid a couple of times but truth be told it didn't take more then a couple of hours to pick up, I used the trial period to complete a dummy inventory where I live and that really helped as I could mess around with settings and so forth before I used it 'for real'. After that using in the field wasn't a problem, and I must have done OK with my first effort as the client has offered me further work on the back of that so all good so far I would say. Thanks.

Have only tried this product for 2 inventory checks, seems easy to use and presents a good professional report
