We switched FOUR blocks of flat to SmartestEnergy six months ago. So far received bill only for ONE block. Tried to contact customer service (case: AIS7699722) - she insisted she will ONLY RESPOND to email registered with SmartestEnergy. We have provided the bill that we have. We are the legal entity named on the bill. We have provided a link to Company House to prove this. The switch to SmartestEnergy was handled by a management company we hired.
Is the customer service personal right to refuse our request for the missing bills? SmartestEnergy is essentially refusing to let us pay our bills or access our own account data. If a registered email becomes inactive or a management company changes, their system apparently leaves the actual customer stranded.

I have just joined Smartestenergy and I have just received excellent customer service from the company. Their advisor - Aatiqah was very polite, efficient and made sure everything was in place before the call ended.
There web portal looks clear and easy to use.

This company are useless from the start! Couldn't give me an invoice for 4 months as they said they hadn't received the first meter reading. Finally got the invoice which was as expected. The next month they charged me £200 more than my bill of 4 months just for 1 month of electricity. Even after I raised a complaint and gave them proof of my meter reading which was way less than their estimate they still proceeded to take the money from our account and refused to refund us and I have been told their will be adjustments on my next bill but unable to tell me how it will be adjusted or if I will receive any refund (which I highly doubt).
You will very rarely speak to anyone who you can easily understand over the phone and emails lack any real helpful information. I'm so annoyed I went with this company and if it carries on I will be taking things further.

Very swift sign-up process and clear quoting. No idea of ongoing service yet, but already have a much more favourable impression of Smart than Yü, or the various brokers. Mikey was very clear and professional, and extremely efficient on both phone and email.
