Smart gas had to come out to put right a bolier service by another company who had left the boiler in an unsafe condition in the home of a person registered blind (propped the front control panel in place with a cardboard box and refused to make safe/good the job). Smart Gas were absolutely amazing and understanding in our predicament and made everything safe and how it should have been left by the previous company.
