Terribly unprofessional. Rude, and takes 4 days to respond. try calling their phone number. bet you get a voicemail... try sending an email.. bet you dont get a response.. clearly a company that doesnt understand how to run a business in 2019. Stay away.. far far away. the Products may be smart, but the company is far from it.
