I purchased the "Lenovo Tab P11 (2nd Gen) 11.5" Tablet Wall Mount" and quickly discovered that the charging cable does not work when extended to the power socket. I reached out to customer support to initiate a return and request a refund. Unfortunately, they have completely ignored all of my emails. I even used a read receipt and received confirmation that my messages were opened, yet still no response.
If I could put zero star I would. They apparently delivered our order in the wrong country (in Cambridge USA instead of Cambridge UK, although we paid the right amount of export taxes and $20 in shipping fees so they had the address right). We tried to contact them but no answer. Tried to leave a message on their website, but it magically disappeared!! The good reviews stayed though!! So it has been 6months now, our money is gone, we don't have our item and they refuse to answer.
