Extremely helpful pre-sales chat, very knowledgeable and the product does exactly what I want it to. I needed an energy meter with CT clamp that could monitor my EV charger use and display it in Home Assistant. The Shelly EM does it perfectly and very easy to setup.

Cannot ask for better service
Not often inclined to leave reviews, but this company are fantastic.
Ordered two items several hours apart, had a refund for one shipping charge and a follow up message advising me they will ship them together.
Items arrived next day, cannot ask for better service. Great communication(s) and service.

Well, April must be the month for Home Assistant Newbies. Having just spent rather a lot of money upgrading our solar system with a new hybrid inverter and panels plus batteries, I wanted to be able to see all the info in a relevant way. So Home Assistant seemed way to go. So looked at getting a raspberry pi 4 but gold dust. So Smart home shops packaged mini server with HA already installed, GREAT! arrived promptly, well packed, worked out of the box. Unfortunately forgot the username I'd used (password written down) and couldn't get in. Plenty of help provided by Smart Shop and they helped me fix my mistake. HA is very strange at first but I've manged to get my old and new Solar systems up and monitoring and will embark on customising my dashboard. Great outfit to deal with.

Bought a small PC to run Home Assistant software from this company. I dealt with a chap called Paul and he/they couldn't have been more helpful. The level of support and assistance setting things up was fantastic and the whole experience was far easier than I was expecting it to be.
